Really well executed food. Our appetizers of beef carpaccio and tuna tartare were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their main courses. Nice spot for meal as a couple or a family.

We were a group of 5. The host recommended a smart bottle of local white wine. The food was inventive and delicious. The crowd was a mix of tourists and locals. It was our favorite dinner in Venezia.

Nice place with excellent food and vine. They have an additional vegetarian menu you can ask for ( not on their main menu). It’s popular so it’s best to book.

Once again, Impronta impresses with its perfect consistency: an excellent meal plus extremely polite and professional service is a guarantee of an outstanding lunch and dinner. Everything here has its place and leads to one goal: the satisfaction of the guests. They should consider introducing a patent for their dishes and ... a subscription for gourmets of walnut ravioli and Iberian pork. We will be the first in line on the list !

During our 2 week visit to Italy where we enjoyed varied and delicious food for 14 days, Impronta stands out for sophisticated, delicious and well-executed dishes. The tuna tartar appetizer was perfectly seasoned and made of the freshest ingredients. It was my favorite amongst the wonderful offerings that we had that evening. I would also recommend the mixed seafood fritti, fried to perfection, the seafood was tender and succulent. The vibe was relaxing and modern, we had a lovely experience.

The perfect intimate dining room, attentive but not intrusive service, and the food was delightful! The sea bass was so flavorful with a beautiful zucchini sauce that was light and complimented the julienned vegetables perfectly. So well balanced and just so yummy!! The raviolis were off the charts as was the flan dessert. Highly recommend!

The service was friendly and was accommodating of allergies explained in English. Fantastic food and drinks! Our favorite place we ate in Venice!!

Modern decor and innovative food in a fascinating area of Venice. Service was prompt and polite. Seating was comfortable. I went there for lunch but I think the restaurant would be very nice in the evening as well.

A truly unforgettable experience at Impronta! We celebrated a special little girls’ day and were blown away by the impeccable service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome they even surprised us with a delicious dessert, beautifully plated with “Happy Birthday” written on the dish. Every course was exquisite, and the atmosphere was both elegant and warm. Impronta is more than just a restaurant it’s a place where memories are made. Highly recommended!
