The food was great but ...service was only okay. We have waited more than 40minutes for antipasti and another 35 minutes for the primi on a casual Tuesday for lunch. They added 10% servicio on the Total amount without asking or letting us know. We realised after we gave tip and left.

As you know we had a problem with internet and the service was a little bit slower than usual. The 10% on the bill is written also on the menù, we charge all the costumer this amount for the service in the restaurant.
