The food at this restaurant was truly great. Unfortunately the overall experience didn't quite match the quality of the kitchen. We arrived 30min early, due to storm conditions we skipped our walk in iseo and went direct to the restaurant. But rather than being welcomed warmly, we were asked to leave for a drink at the hotel because the kitchen was not ready. It was not the request itself, but the manner in which it was delivered that felt unexpectedly dismissive and lacking hospitality. When we finally returned and began ordering our meal, the service remained uneven. The approach of wine recommendations was disappointing. Only well-known, high-priced bottles were suggested rather than any of the more interesting, hidden-gems we were hoping to discover. In short, the food was great, With a more welcoming approach and thoughtful guidance, this could have been a great evening! Kuddos to one waiter that didn't speak English. He was great!

Very delicious food, prepared with a lot of care and attention to details. Efficient and very friendly service, beautiful terrasse and view on the lake. We have to come back!
