Dear Marco, I am writing to apologize for the bad experience you had at Japanos yesterday. It was a series of unfortunate events for us. Two power outages occurred, the kitchen order system stopped working, and our staff was unprepared for such situations. During this holiday period, part of our service staff consists of part-time students, and they were unable to handle the issues that arose. This is entirely our fault, and we sincerely apologize once again. We would love to see you again at Japanos, so we kindly invite you to return for a free lunch or dinner for two at your convenience! Staff very rude, asked for the difference between 2 dishes, she rejected to respond. BUT when I pay the bill, she still asked for tips, and could not select 0 as the amount. As we all know, tips in France is not compulsory

10/10Food are delicious. We sit the seats which we can see the street and outside directly. Staff are also kind and fast, you must have this experience if you like Japanese food.

Not the good place to eat Ramen in Paris! Today Ramen is very popular in Paris and there’s hundreds of restaurants offering this dish! Unfortunately this is not the address I would recommend! The service is good and friendly staff, however the ramen broths aren’t tasty! Lack of deep flavor and umami!

9.5/10This was the best Ramen I had since living in Europe. I am from South America, from multi cultural country, and there I had my first best ramen. I have been living in Italy for 5 years now and this is the best Ramen. I tried lots of ramen!! I don't eat pork, i have a chicken broth with beef. The place was pretty busy, so quick service, eat and leave cause other costumers are waiting. My husband I enjoyed the food. The price is great.

3/10My vegan tam tam noodles were supposed to be spicy but were not and they tried to force me to purchase chili add-on if i was unhappy. Eventually they gave me some chili oil for free. Then I asked soy sauce and they gave me nuoc mam sauce instead, and I should mention that I a a vegan. We wanted sesame ice cream but they were out of it.

7.5/10It would be better with touch details on Japanese seasoning like white saseme, chiili powder or pepper for customer's request. Noodle is slightly hard but acceptable.

6/10The Ramen was tasty but the acoustic in the restaurant isn't great and the ambiance fairly bland. With so many other restaurants to choose from, we wouldn't go back in a hurry.
