Taste was not too good, not according to the many very good reviews online. Starter and main were served together while we had to wait for 10 min on the main dish of my friend.

One of the worst experiences of our lives

Dear Marco, I am writing to apologize for the bad experience you had at Japanos yesterday. It was a series of unfortunate events for us. Two power outages occurred, the kitchen order system stopped working, and our staff was unprepared for such situations. During this holiday period, part of our service staff consists of part-time students, and they were unable to handle the issues that arose. This is entirely our fault, and we sincerely apologize once again. We would love to see you again at Japanos, so we kindly invite you to return for a free lunch or dinner for two at your convenience!
