Being my first time in Amsterdam I didn't know what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing, presentation was impeccable. The service was top tier. And the ambience was great, music, clean environment, good food and great people. Would definitely recommend. And one of our guests left the phone behind and the restaurant called us straight away to let us know. We were all very impressed with the Jewel of the Caribbean. Thank you for you great service and hospitality.

The food was nice and tasty. Love the herbs. The Grilled plate was very nice and diverse. Too bad the chicken of the roti wasn’t warm enough for our taste, despite it being very tasty. Also some of the dishes that we wanted to order was not available (lamb roti and fish balls). I did really enjoy the ginger juice. Also thee waiter was very friendly and welcoming!

We waited for more than two hours to get the food. We ordered 2 grill mix and the fries weren't crispy and the chicken was cold. Moreover the fries should be included in the price of the grill mix according to the menu but they weren't.
