6/10When sitting at the teppanyaki table, one expects cooking with show. Little fire, some play with the accessories etc. But not at our table. Just plain cooking. Wanna see show? Look at other tables. Fried rice not offered with sesame seeds, not well prepared nor seasoned. Plastic chopsticks. Fatty boarder between table and cooking area. Rather disappointing, especially considering the price paid.

9.5/10Great restaurant, my second time visiting. Fantastic food and definitely worth getting the Teppanyaki experience for the show, you pay for it but it's worth it and you're rewarded with amazing food. My rating is 9.5 out of 10 because I had to ask to be put at a Teppanyaki grille despite asking for one on the booking, I was placed away from where the grilling was happening (although I did walk over and sit in one of the empty chairs) and I had to chase my bill a couple of times. While this means things weren't 100% perfect, they are very minor in the grand scheme of things and they definitely wouldn't stop me returning or from recommending to anyone passing through.

10/10we went to a 'relax' business lunch. The food is very nice. The restaurant is lovely. The staff is helpful and accommodating to our requests. In all, we had a very nice lunch. Will recommend to others and come back again.

9.5/10Come for the teppen yaki experience, stay for the service! We were treated extremely well from the greeting through to our masterful teppen yaki chef. If you're going the teppen yaki route and are with at least one other person, get yourself a mixed meat and a mixed seafood with the garlic friend rice addition.

5/10We had a reservation for weeks. When we arrived, there were no other tables filled. We were guided to the worst table in the restaurant. When we asked for a different table, we were told that all other tables were booked! I suggested that, since this was a hotel restaurant, it was highly doubtful that each table had been specifically requested. After a 10 minutes and a bit of arguing, we were told we could sit at another table. The restaurant never filled up, the bad table was never used, and we felt as if we were being treated as second class citizens because we were Americans.

9.5/10Very very good food. Service very friendly. Price is correct, although Chf 14.- for a glass if Gamaret is a bit expensive. Keep in mind this is not like a restaurant in Japan. It can be noisy. (There was a table of people bery loudly, too loudly, which would never happen in beautiful Japan).

10/10We went there for my birthday. We were welcomed warmly, and as we ordered the menu, the staff was very attentive every step of the way that everything was going smoothly. For dessert I specified in the booking that I wanted a candle, and I ordered the teppanyaki brioche, that was flambeed while the chef sang happy birthday to me! Biggest candle ever haha!! Anyway, I would recommend it at least once in your life to go to a teppanyaki place, seeing the flambee is very cool :) and the food here is very good!

10/10Food excellent, our meat was presented by the waitress and we were asked how we would like it cooked. We could then see it cooked from our seats, an excellent additional experience. Service what you would expect in a good hotel. Great restaurant for a special occasion.

10/10Really friendly staff. The teppanyaki chef provided a great show with humour. We ordered 4 different dishes and they were all delicious. I mentioned that it was a birthday meal when I booked and the staff marked the occasion with a candle. Thank you. Highly recommended.

10/10Very enjoyable experience. Was able to do a late teppanyaki (9:30pm) after a movie. Fun way to spend an evening and then can easily head to casino after!

5/10We waited 2H for our sushi. Now I understand that those are difficult times for restaurants but the facts remain. The sushi was really good though! Be advised that you might wait more than you expect as they can only have one sushi chef at the moment (because of current sanitary standards).

8/10The restaurant ambience was comfortable and somewhat casual. The food was good but the quality of the meat was not so good and too tough, especially at that price. At the time of the order, the server told me it was filet but it ended up being entrecôte, which was really not up to standard. The service was friendly and rapid but we kept having a different waiter so that it was a bit inconsistent and they were being discharged one by one without letting us know so we were not sure who to ask for service. Lastly, I announced upon arrival to two different people (hostess and first server) that we were celebrating a birthday but they must have forgotten to pass on the word because there was no special candle with dessert despite the fact that several other tables had this with servers singing at their table. I assume that they were more concerned about wrapping up the service for the night even though there were still tables being served.. Lastly, the parking was a disaster and very difficult for a person with reduced mobility.

10/10I have been here twice with my daughter . The staff is very nice and welcoming when one arrives. The live cooking is fun to watch. The food is fresh and very good. Would always go back there when in Geneva.
