5.5/10The food is good, but I am less enthusiastic about the place — on a lower level, with limited light and smoky air, with teppanyaki in the centre of the room.

6/10Definitely not worth the price. We took the bento box. The chicken was completely raw, the salmon was cold inside and the tuna had zero taste. The sashimi was unremarkable and the fruit salad resembled a tasteless cafeteria salad. It reminded us of hospital or airplane food. The decor is dated but the service was good and friendly.

10/10The best Japanese restaurant in town. With a plus, Tepanyaki chef Jimmy is not only excellent in food preparations. We also enjoyed his showmanship as well.

JAMIE was an excellent teppenyaki chef i would focus on chicken and shrimp next time instead of the mix grills - those were my fav proteins from all the ones i tasted rice was amazing
