The restaurant is charming and easily accessible. The wine selection is good, and the assistance in choosing is equally helpful. However, the interpretation of the most famous Roman dishes is questionable. We were not fully satisfied with the cuisine.

A substantial discount via The Fork motivated us to try this restaurant. It's well off the beaten path -- but a number of buses take you right there. We ordered: parmigiana di verdure miste sfizio romano di trippa tagliolini alla pescatora tonnarelli all'amatriciana The dishes were very tasty and the pacing of service was quite good. For wine, we had a bottle of Borgo Canedo I Gigli Ribolla Gialla 2023 followed by glasses of Cusumano Nero d'Avola 2022 and Federici Piazza del Cielo Cesanese del Piglio. The ribolla gialla had an overwhelming taste/aroma of grapefruit and was disappointing. The nero d'avola was quite good while the cesanese was a bit bland. We had a very nice dinner and would be happy to revisit -- with or without a Fork discount.
