5.5/10As always, leave it to Lisbon and it's many famous restaurants to disappoint you. Supposedly one of the best steakhouses in Portugal, it is by far the worst cut of meat that I ever ate at a restaurant. A supposed Wagyu, a 60+ euro cut of meat, that wss tough as nails, that neither my teeth or their knife was able to cut. Completely normal restaurant as well, nothing special. Only reason I am not giving a one star on the food department, is because of the sidedishes, that truth be told, were pretty tasty, but, very badly portioned. Overpriced, overpopular, terrible experience all around, worst review I did on this platform, to one of the most expensive restaurants I ever visited, and I really wish that I wouldn't. Extremely disappointed, I recommend strongly against it.

10/10We were given a gift certificate to KOB in Lisbon. Food and service and the wine were exceptional. We started with the garlic prawns and both had the Ribeye steak, mixed vegetables and fries. They were all delicious. Service was great and dessert was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes beef. Well worth it.

10/10Food is always wonderful, the service is always great. The only thing that could be improved is the decor of the restaurant. It is a little dated and not up to the usual Olivier standards. I have heard that he understands this and wants to renovate the building but the landlord/ owner of the building has objections. So maybe KOB will move. 🤔

5.5/10The gentleman at the front door who also took our order was terrible. He was upset that we weren't ready to order immediately. He slammed our menus around. After ordering a moderately priced bottle of wine, he came back and said they were out of that brand and started to pour a bottle that was 50 euros more than the original. The food was OKAY but no one asked us how our meal was or if they could provide anything else. The amount of money you pay for a decent steak is not worth the poor service here. We will not recommend.

10/10Recommendation for steak and wine choices from the maitre’d were spot on. The steaks were cooked to perfection - no additional seasoning needed. We appreciate that he didn’t oversell multiple sides. And the chef accommodated our request for plain mashed potatoes (no truffle). After 2+ weeks in Morocco, we were in search of a simple but memorable meal and the KOB gave us that and more. This experience topped off our last evening in Lisbon. Thanks!

8.5/10KOB is always nice, but the general trend of adding mandatory service charges to the bill is not very typical for Portugal and not a trend that should be implemented from a worse system in the USA. I dont mind tipping but tipping should never be a percentage of the invoice but rather a discretional (cash) amount to the staff.

4/10Our sirloin was very chewy and lacked flavor. Not a steak you would expect from a steak house. Very poor quality. The truffle mashed were liquidy in texture. My waitress forgot my steak sauce and I was charged for it despite it being brought out at the end of my meal after I reminded her and was almost done with my steak. The cappuccino came out ice cold and they had no vanilla ice cream in stock despite it being only 8pm and offered with the chocolate cake dessert on their menu; she offered us lemon sorbet with it instead? Gross. We skipped dessert despite wanting one. Overall, not at all worth the money. They add tip even for 2 people which was fine, but a first in all of Portugal and we dined out every night the past 2 weeks here.

5.5/10I had been recommended this restaurant and was excited to try it. We arrived at 2 pm for lunch and we felt that the staff was tired and pretty much wanting the last hour before they closed to pass by quickly. The quality of the bread in the bread basket was good however it had been left out uncovered for too long leaving the bread stale. For main we had the Bife K.O.B and the Bife Vazia Nacional. The meat was well cooked, a little under seasoned but the Vazia Nacional was almost inedible as there was a very chewy sinew straight through the whole piece and the knife couldn't cut through it. The K.O.B was a bit better but not the quality I was expecting. Was very disappointed and will not be returning.
