An experience not to be missed while in Madrid. Amazing creative and delicious tasing menu. Top 5 dinner ever (and we have been dining out for 40 years!). So many flavor explosions with every bite. Chef Rafa killed it!

+5We dined during our trip at a Michelin star restaurant, and the food there was nothing close to as amazing as here. Every course from start to finish in the tasting menu was delicious, interesting, and gorgeously presented. This establishment definitely merit at least one Michelin star if not more.

Best meal of my life! I ordered the tasting menu and was thrilled with every dish. The food was creatively and elegantly presented, and the blend of ingredients and seasonings was perfection in every single offering. It was apparent from the staff that they truly wanted to make my dinner memorable. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed the experience.

The food and presentation were exceptional and everyone of the tasting courses was exquisitely crafted with layers of flavors. Staff were very attentive and we enjoyed the entire experience

Everything was impeccable at Kuoco tonight. The food was amazing with great flavors and the right amount of spice. The service was even better with exceptional explanations. They even accommodated our 8 year by giving him a perfectly cooked piece of sea bass. We will be returning on our next trip to Madrid.

+6A delicious tasting menu inspired by many different flavors , lot of Asian flavors. Some super unique dishes like the smoked eel crunch flower. Food flow was a little erratic when the restaurant got busy. I would highly recommend to do the tasting menu here. It was exceptional.

Found this restaurant on Trip Advisor by chance and what a fantastic place it turned out to be. The tasting menu was a spicy delight, heat but not too much and every course beautifully presented. An excellent selection of wine, champagne and cocktails. The staff we very knowledgeable, passionate and helpful If you are in Madrid this restaurant is a must visit, it is a credit to its owners

Should have a Michelin ⭐! Everything and everyone here was exceptional. One of the top 10 meals of my life. Carlos was our server, and he was fantastic. He did such a great job of navigating my husband's lactose allergy. We felt 100% comfortable and couldn't believe the quality of the ingredients and cooking. Truly a world class restaurant.

Delicious and thought dishes, one more surprising then the next. Our booking got messed up but we still managed to arrange something with the helpful staff. We had a great evening there for our anniversary.

One of the best meals I have had in Madrid.. every dish was candy to the eye with a superb flavor game, at times there were combinations of flavors which we had not imagined before… But they were incredible…Congrats to the entire team, this team means business *****

Amazing fusion cuisine with the freshest ingredients. Order the tasting menu with the wine pairing and you cannot go wrong. All the servers are knowledgeable, friendly and ready to make your meal memorable. The Corvina, guisantes al wok, tsukemono cherry, ghoas, hojas de curry and the Ciervo robata, foie, robuchón chirivias, glasa cantonesa and pimienta de kampo are great dishes, and the pekin duck croquetas are really good. One of the best restaurants in the world.

If i had to describe Kuoco in few words i would say Explosion of Flavors. Not a single dish I didn’t enjoy. The food is super authentic and fresh, and the service was exceptional, the wine recommendations were impeccable.

Visiting from London and it was our second time eating here. Kuoco definitely did not disappoint. Great service, friendly staff and amazing food.

The tasting menu is okay, not amazing. Have mixed feeling about the service - the waiters forgot to pour the wine for our table during the last two dishes until we finished the desert and we had to remind them to do so for the last bit of our wine. The waiter responded - sorry we were busy making cocktails…..we were a bit surprised by that answer to be honest as this is almost made into Michelin star restaurant….overall probably won’t recommend…
