An experience not to be missed while in Madrid. Amazing creative and delicious tasing menu. Top 5 dinner ever (and we have been dining out for 40 years!). So many flavor explosions with every bite. Chef Rafa killed it!

We dined during our trip at a Michelin star restaurant, and the food there was nothing close to as amazing as here. Every course from start to finish in the tasting menu was delicious, interesting, and gorgeously presented. This establishment definitely merit at least one Michelin star if not more.

Best meal of my life! I ordered the tasting menu and was thrilled with every dish. The food was creatively and elegantly presented, and the blend of ingredients and seasonings was perfection in every single offering. It was apparent from the staff that they truly wanted to make my dinner memorable. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed the experience.

Everything was impeccable at Kuoco tonight. The food was amazing with great flavors and the right amount of spice. The service was even better with exceptional explanations. They even accommodated our 8 year by giving him a perfectly cooked piece of sea bass. We will be returning on our next trip to Madrid.

A delicious tasting menu inspired by many different flavors , lot of Asian flavors. Some super unique dishes like the smoked eel crunch flower. Food flow was a little erratic when the restaurant got busy. I would highly recommend to do the tasting menu here. It was exceptional.

Found this restaurant on Trip Advisor by chance and what a fantastic place it turned out to be. The tasting menu was a spicy delight, heat but not too much and every course beautifully presented. An excellent selection of wine, champagne and cocktails. The staff we very knowledgeable, passionate and helpful If you are in Madrid this restaurant is a must visit, it is a credit to its owners
