10/10My wife and I ate here two nights in a row. Had such a nice experience the first night, so why not come back! Very welcoming staff. Escargot was great, pate was delicious (and lots of it!). Octopus and Ocean Salad were terrific. Nice Côtes du Rhône. Great to sit outside.

10/10Great door and wine in a very calm, comfortable and relaxing setting. The host and chef were both welcoming and accommodating of this non-French speaker. It was a wonderful place to spend a warm spring evening dining with the doors open and a fresh breeze blowing.

10/10Second time I enjoy this nice little neighbourhood bistro . It was on a Tuesday , a bit quiet but went there before on a Saturday they were crowded ! Parisian way no ? Food is very nice, fresh products, simple and straightforward. Le patron is very sympa ! Loved it ! Will be back for sure on my next trip to Paris .

Niché au calme de la belle avenue Richerand bordant le canal Saint Martin sud, là où tout se passe, L’Angélus célèbre la passion bistrotière de son bourlingueur de patron.Plus de vingt ans passés à Singapour, où l’enseigne du même nom qu’il a créé demeure toujours, n’ont en rien érodé son goût des belles et bonnes choses . Que ce soit dans l’assiette, savoureusement classique, ou dans le décor chaleureusement malicieux, on ressent cette envie de faire plaisir, promesse d’une belle soirée. L’Angelus, on y rentre en client, on en sort en ami !
