10/10Bar/kitchen seating was fabulous. We had service from everyone behind the bar, not just our waiter. The vegetarian pre-set menu was beautiful and delicious. It paired perfectly with the wine suggestion from the sommelier.

9.5/10The food was beautifully plated and tasted amazing. Definitely worth a stop if you’re visiting Paris. We did the lunch service, 1 entree, 1 main dish, 1 dessert and we were already quite full! The lobster spaghetti and their foie gras are a must get!

5/10Very disappointing! We have dined here so many times. Just NOT the same. Very disorganized and service was inattentive. Service in the past was impeccable and the experience used to be a highlight. . Now , we are thinking we will not return to this location.Re dinner, our veloute was delicious as was the sole . We can have that elsewhere with more attentiveness and better atmosphere. Perhaps the management is not up to snuff. It was our anniversary and they disregarded it although it was noted with our reservation. Had to remind them. Overall, not a great night out. Would not recommend.

9.5/10Loved this restaurant the first time, so here we are dining at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon Etoile again. The tasting menu was excellent from start to finish, and to finish off with the Mango dessert was superb! Only reason we didn't give a perfect score was because the service tapered off a little midway through our meal. The attention to detail and the miscues from the team show us that there can be improvement. Of course we would still visit again next time we are in Paris.

10/10Here is a one of global super famous michelin restaurants, but the staff is so friendly. It made us comfortable. The champagne and wine are fabulous. We were satisfied with all the dishes including the dessert. We hope to visit again:)

10/10We were skeptical about a michelin restaurant located in the basement of a drugstore in the largest tourist area in France, but we were in for a great surprise. Everything from the food to the service was exquisite. Just be sure to understand your phone will not have service if you are a social media poster.

6/10Food was very good, but service terrible. We had to wait for 50 minutes for two glasses of champagne (we were half way through the menu and already asked for them three times). Afterwards, we only managed to get another glass of wine with the last main. Sitting at the counter was not the best experience either, all we could see was people running around with dirty dishes and the people in the kitchen were very loud. Not recommended at all for the price tag

10/10As always, l’Atelier was wonderful. It is great to sit at the counter and staff was really nice and friendly. I got great recommendations from the eonologist who was very knowledgeable. The 49€ menu is great value for money, and food was delicious, as always.

9/10L'Aterlier de JR Etoile was a great dining experience, once that is expected from a place with a Michelin star. The counter service was exceptional, and could be improved upon even further. The Signature Menu is well crafted, but also could be made even better and some dishes could be executed more thoroughly to reach great heights in the culinary world. I recommend visiting this restaurant, particularly due to their extensive A la Carte menu offerings! The prices were good as well!

10/10Excellent restaurant in the Joël Robuchon empire. Beautifully presented food made from high quality ingredients. I had the tasting menu and I highly recommend it. Service was great- friendly and professional. The counter style dining and red and black colour scheme will be very familiar to friends of l’Atelier all around the world. It’s located below a so-called drugstore, but don’t let that scare you. As soon as you walk down the stairs you’ll know that you’re in the right place. I highly recommend this restaurant.

6/10We had high expectations for this Restaurant and, don't get me wrong, it was OK but it certainly wasn't on par with the other 1 Michelin star restaurants we've been to. Firstly we were squeezed cheek by jowl on stools along the counter - so close together that the chap next to me elbowed me every time he tried to cut his food. The sommelier, when discovering that I didn't drink alcohol, gave the wine list to my friend and then walked away without discussing any non-alcoholic options for me - only eventually suggesting and alcohol free beer (and nothing else...). The food was OK but not memorable - especially the caviar dish that was cold and textureless, like it had just been grabbed out of the fridge - too cold for any of the flavours to show through. Service was generally OK but it felt like we were on the clock - one dish arriving before they had cleared the plates for the previous dish and fresh cutlery following on behind. No attempt to ask if we wanted more water or more drinks and often the dishes felt like they were just being dumped in front of us with no explanation and certainly no pride. Like I say, the food was OK but there wasn't a single knock out memorable dish - which for a 220Euro tasting menu is pretty poor. I fear that this restaurant has a Michelin star not based on the quality of food but on Michelin's reverence for its deceased founder. You're resting on your laurels guys - put the effort in again.

7/10As a frequent guest of Atelier (Dubai, Las Vegas, Miami and St. Germain) , I was disappointed. The waiter was disinterested, inattentive and slow, spilled our bottle of wine and dropped silverware. The sommelier forgot which wine I ordered and had to be reminded. I spoke to manager at the end of the meal to express my disappointment and they made a modest adjustment to the bill which was great but I will continue to frequent the other location in Paris in the 6eme going forward.

6.5/10For a Michelin 1 star restaurant we would expect a bit more. First the ambience and the location are really good, and then interior is similar to their location in Tokyo, which we like a lot. The service, quite frankly, not great. All staffs are friendly but there’s no cohesion on who serves the customer so we ended up repeating ourselves few times when ordering wine and when asking for our check. Most of the food were good, not superb, but the letdown was at the end, the ribeye. The portion was quite large, we ordered medium rare and it came a bit on the medium side but that’s ok. The problem is that meat was tough and not juicy as expected. Major let down. The rest of the food

9/10The food was amazing and the restaurant apperance with the open kitchen is incredible. The service was good in general but I noticed that the explanations regarding the food were much more detailed in french for the french customers than in english for us (english-spraking), for example the waiter only explained to the french guests that the dessert was inspired by the rugby cup after telling us just the ingridients. I feel it is a bit disrepectful. Also they forgot one of the teas and apologized for it only after the bill.

5.5/10If you’re looking for an incredible Michelin experience beyond just the food, then this is not the stop for you. This is run more like a fast food restaurant than a fine dining establishment . The food is nice even if the waitress brags about the goal of filling you up on mashed potatoes explaining that they serve the biggest portions of any Michelin restaurant. This is not true having eaten at several other Michelin restaurants in the same week and had better, service, food and pricing. It is crowded and loud. They use very high pressure on their alcohol sales, we received three or four different visits when we declined cocktails and a bottle for just a glass of wine. The worst part is they target tourists for additional tips and explained three times that service is not compris and that the waitresses work for tips just like American restaurants. DON'T reserve a seat at the bar thinking that you will have a view of the kitchen as you won’t see much. I wonder if the Michelin guide is behind on their inspections?

9.5/10Great execution on very French dishes though one was a Spaghetti dish. Note there is supplement pricing on top of the lunch set menu prices for popular options like the foie gras appetizer and lobster spaghetti main. Each was an additional 15 EUR which substantially increased the total price. Also 12 EUR for bottle of still water ( don’t know if tap available but wasn’t offered as choice).

10/10The waitstaff was exceptionally hospitable and kind. Every kitchen worker I saw were deeply involved in their specific food prep. The attention to detail was extraordinary and was a very pleasant “show” for us to these wonderful plates coming alive. They too were very nice and made a special experience even that much more special. I ordered the Chefs tasting menu and everything I had was superb. This was absolutely one of the most creative and delicious dinners I’ve ever had. I can’t find the words to articulate how incredibly blessed I felt to have had the opportunity to dine at such an establishment. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. BON APPETIT

10/10We have been to multiple Joel Robuchon restaurants and this one was also amazing! The other ones have been in the United States and I will say the Paris menu felt more French which we absolutely loved. We did the vegetarian tasting menu. Everything was phenomenal except the dessert but after the server found out we didn’t like it he brought us another dessert which was perfect! 5 different types of chocolates were used to make it! Food was delicious with impeccable presentation with service focused on making sure you enjoy every bite.
