The experience here is quite disappointing. We had lunch here and sat at the bar table, our egg dish was missing the crunchy cheese flake, we found our later because the table next to us ordered the same and we wonder why it look different. There’s no apologies and nothing from the restaurant, just act like nothing happened. Another server spilled the whole glass of water to our bar table neighbor. When I try to be nice and keep saying “Merci” to our server throughout the meal, he end up saying “it’s ok, I’m Italian”. It is quite a disappointing experience for a Michelin 1-star restaurant.

Nice modern décor, well located near the arc de triomphe. Pretentious place with snob manager pushing for their signature menu. Overall the signature dishes were ok with some interesting flavors. Way overpriced and the only place where they pushed for a tip on the credit card machine. Unlike in the US , tipping is not a routine in Europe, and in fact, this is the only place where I have seen this. All in all I left the place feeling I fell into a tourist trap

Repeat customer. It was very quiet on Sunday night, it's usually more social with people see it next to each other at the dining bar, we were widely spaced. Since I travel alone, I enjoy having conversation with other diners, but not possible this time. Virtually ignored by the servers, other than taking my order and bringing me food, too busy talking to the couple on the other end for the whole evening. Will probably only come back for lunch in the future.

We got the tasting menu. The food started off and it was to die forrrr SO GOOD ended that way as well. However some of the dishes in the middle were good just not to the same level as the beginning and that’s ok. Everyone has different tastes. What ruined it was the service. We asked for more wine, the sommelier came to see what would pair well BUT then never came back with the wine. We had to call him again this Time he brought a wine but for my wife only when we each asked for a glass (red for me and white for her) Being that we came here for my 40th we did some site seeing during the day so we were probably extra thirsty. But we had to ask for our water to be refilled several Times. It’s crazy to me how a restaurant can lose on money. We would have spent way more than we did had we gotten the star class service that is expected. With only 2 glasses of wine each for an entire tasting menu, shows that our glasses were left empty for too long.

Food was excellent, service was okay. Staff were cleaning and preparing tables while we were seated. Restaurant should be ready for service when guests arrive. Waiter was just satisfactory.

We really enjoyed our visit to this l’Atelier in the Joël Robuchon portfolio of great restaurants. We had the Tasting Menu and the food was amazing; prepared with the best ingredients and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and professional with very good wine recommendations. We love the counter style seating with a full view of the kitchen. I give the Atelier my best recommendation.

The service was not up to the standard of a Michelin-starred restaurant and was rather arrogant. However, I highly recommend the location in St. Germain from the same chain, as it fully meets expectations.

The food itself is really good. Every dish prepared with the utmost detail and flavors. That, my friends, earn them the star but.... the uptightness and tension emanating from the kitchen area takes away from the experience, and so does the extremely long wait in between dishes. At the end, they even forgot my coffee, which was part of the tasting. I had to ask twice! Again... Great food, now bring it up to the star level.
