We really enjoyed our visit to this l’Atelier in the Joël Robuchon portfolio of great restaurants. We had the Tasting Menu and the food was amazing; prepared with the best ingredients and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and professional with very good wine recommendations. We love the counter style seating with a full view of the kitchen. I give the Atelier my best recommendation.

We had lunch at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Etoile - Champs Elysées yesterday. The service was lacking the whole way through the meal. First, we did not get an amuse bouche, the fries were soggy, the water was very rarely topped up and there was no explanation of what cheeses were served at the end. The food itself was fine and the venue is very cool.

The food was delicious! And the mashed potatoes are a thing of beauty, you have to try. Service was exceptional and everyone was very nice and helpful with ordering. Be sure to make a reservation.

The maitre d’ was very rude and insisted that our reservation was for 3 when I had changed it on fork to 4 and also spoken to her colleague earlier today about it. The food was exceptional and the service was great otherwise

Food is good but the kitchen keep fell dise to the floor it’s not a service for a one star restaurant

The food was very normal, the spaghetti was greasy. As I mentioned THREE times in the online booking, phone request and table about my friends’ birthday and received confirmation for THREE times that surprise would be prepared, nothing was presented at all. Thank you for offering falsified expectations and ruined our trip

Menu proposed for young diners is sub standard in presentation, flavour and execution. The adult food not much better either. Food was ok but nothing to make a special trip for. Service patchy (some attentive and lovely, some uninterested; sommelier was happy and helpful). It’s a shame because Robuchon holds a special place in our hearts, especially the Hong Kong and Macau establishments so we were having high hopes for the Paris one. The things that didn’t disappoint were the pain aux céréales and salted butter.

The food was good, and I really liked the main course, but the service was really disappointing for a Michelin restaurant. No one checked on me or introduced the dishes. Maybe the staff aren’t very comfortable speaking English, but the French guest next to me got a detailed explanation of every type of bread. For a Michelin restaurant, that kind of inconsistent service feels pretty unacceptable.

+6Entering the establishment through a very touristy liquor store / souvenir shop felt a bit awkward. Once we sat and were presented with the options, there was a quite a disconnect between the menus and prices shown on the fork and those seen at the restaurant. We appreciated seeing the chefs cooking in front of us, and the food was overall amazing. Service is where things can be improved. Going to a Michelin star restaurant, you’d expect more time dedicated to each table and guests, explaining the dishes, how they’re made, the story behind it, how the ingredients are sourced, etc… Instead, all of it felt a bit rushed, plates dropped in front of the guests and waiters barely speaking a few words if at all. Therefore, leaving us with a bit of a mixed review.

Quality of food and service
4.0
service was very bad , not any better than ordinary resto, even one person was distrubing.Menu is 55 euro but each drink they serve is 40 euro!!! so its becoming very expensive with out the quality at that price. You need to sit on a bar chair like 3 hours very close to the people you dont know .It's tourist trap! Avoid

Excellent restaurant near the Arc de Triomphe. Beautifully presented food made from high quality ingredients. Once again I had the tasting menu and I highly recommend it. Service was great - friendly and professional. The counter style dining and red and black colour scheme will be very familiar to friends of l’Atelier all around the world. It’s located below a so-called drugstore, but don’t let that scare you. As soon as you walk down the stairs you’ll know that you’re in the right place. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Best meal I had in Paris. Worth the price!

Our experience began with descending a spiral staircase landing in a stunningly beautiful and trendy dining space. Our dining experience was led by our waiter, Angelique and the restaurant sommelier, Patrice. They helped us navigate their dinner menu and wine list, resulting in a selection of small plates and a French Pinot Noir that paired well. We enjoyed the diverse textures and flavors in each dish and came away fully satisfied.
