5.5/10We got the tasting menu. The food started off and it was to die forrrr SO GOOD ended that way as well. However some of the dishes in the middle were good just not to the same level as the beginning and that’s ok. Everyone has different tastes. What ruined it was the service. We asked for more wine, the sommelier came to see what would pair well BUT then never came back with the wine. We had to call him again this Time he brought a wine but for my wife only when we each asked for a glass (red for me and white for her) Being that we came here for my 40th we did some site seeing during the day so we were probably extra thirsty. But we had to ask for our water to be refilled several Times. It’s crazy to me how a restaurant can lose on money. We would have spent way more than we did had we gotten the star class service that is expected. With only 2 glasses of wine each for an entire tasting menu, shows that our glasses were left empty for too long.

8.5/10Food was excellent, service was okay. Staff were cleaning and preparing tables while we were seated. Restaurant should be ready for service when guests arrive. Waiter was just satisfactory.

10/10We really enjoyed our visit to this l’Atelier in the Joël Robuchon portfolio of great restaurants. We had the Tasting Menu and the food was amazing; prepared with the best ingredients and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and professional with very good wine recommendations. We love the counter style seating with a full view of the kitchen. I give the Atelier my best recommendation.

6/10+1The service was not up to the standard of a Michelin-starred restaurant and was rather arrogant. However, I highly recommend the location in St. Germain from the same chain, as it fully meets expectations.

8.5/10The food itself is really good. Every dish prepared with the utmost detail and flavors. That, my friends, earn them the star but.... the uptightness and tension emanating from the kitchen area takes away from the experience, and so does the extremely long wait in between dishes. At the end, they even forgot my coffee, which was part of the tasting. I had to ask twice! Again... Great food, now bring it up to the star level.

5.5/10The Michelin Guide should send 2 single American women & see how they are treated. An expensive disappointing experience. We spent $400 (per person). We could not get a sommelier to help us with wine pairings or suggestions. OUTRAGEOUS. Caviar sat in front of me while I waited for wine. We were told they could not help and they brought over a giant bottle of wine from which they were serving everyone. I asked to taste the wine separate from my friend and I was told that only one person in a couple could taste the wine by the glass we paid a fortune for. As if I was scamming them for a taste of wine from a shared bottle. At the end of the meal when they brought the check the credit card machine asked how much “Tip” we wanted to leave 10% 15% or 20%. The service fee is always included by law in the bill. Trying to trick Americans. I would have tipped if the service and experience had been good. Michelin take back your star. Place is a disgrace.

6.5/10M. Robuchon must be turning in his grave as his legacy is being destroyed in his homebased of Paris. We gathered with a couple of friends to celebrate his 50th birthday and it was the worst experience of any Michelin-starred restaurant I've ever been. Simply put, we found a live cockroach in our bread basket which we killed. We didn't make a big fuss about it just showed it to the waiter who offered to replace the bread, that's it. On top of this, when we got the bill, good thing I double checked, they were charging us twice for the main entrees, more than €300!!!!! and I saw the waiter checking with the maitre before giving it to us. When he brought it back correctly we asked him to split in two and gave him both our cards and still he charged it all to one. He said he'd check with the manager to see what he could do, but we were too fed up with their services and decided to fix it among ourselves, and got out of there. What a shame, they ruined a perfectly good celebration.
