10/10The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious, great wine selection (the Sommelier was very knowledgeable and friendly) overall the service was amazing. One of the best restaurants in Colmar.

10/10I took my mother to this restaurant to celebrate her 80th birthday. She absolutely loved it. The food was amazing and the staff were engaging and very charismatic. The whole experience was one of the I've had. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great meal and truly enjoy the best Alsace has to offer.

10/10Restaurants in another country can be a challenge. The staff here made our experience easy and incredible. We ate lunch here and every single bite was amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

10/10Cozy restaurant in the old part of COLMAR. Service was perfect, so was the food. But: taxis are a very hard find in Colmar. We got lucky to find one, but then were stuck there. In the snow I walked back to the hotel, got the car and relied on the GPS. The third attempt was successful… no fault of the restaurant, but guests should be made aware.

10/10One of the best dining experiences we've had. Everything was excellent, and we were full when we left, which is not always the case with fine expensive dining. It was worth every Euro, and we'll be back!

10/10Everything was perfect at our wine-tasting oriented dinner at L'Atelier du Peintre. From the welcome at the front door to the very professional service and the delightfully delicious and beautifully presented food. The sommelier quickly tuned into what we wanted and we enjoyed a couple of bottles he served us blind. We had such confidence in his excellent taste. Calling round multiple taxi firms to ensure we could get back to the hotel showed how much they cared for us!

7.5/10I enjoyed my experience overall at L'Atelier du Peintru. The ambience and presentation of the food were wonderful. The scallops were a standout dish. However, I felt that some dishes needed more refinement. In particular, the desserts were often too sweet which overpowered more subtle flavors. I will confess I was slightly disappointed in this restaurant because despite its reputation and the price, it was not my best meal during this trip to Colmar. That distinction belongs to Les Racines. I expected a restaurant that earned a Michelin star with a dedicated menu they should have perfected to outcompete my other restaurant experiences in the same small city, but alas it did not. I don't regret dining here, but wouldn't go out of my way to return.

10/10Amazing restaurant. Excellent food, for example the “perdreau” (partridge) was exceptional, very well cooked and very tasty. The wine was very good too: excellent Crozes Hermitage red and organic, Riesling… The dessert, pavlova, was just exceptional. The service was very good, very efficient and nice. This restaurant worths stars in Michelin guide.

9.5/10Ordered five course dinner. Waited outside five minutes before we were greeted and led to the table. Waited another 10 minutes before giving us the menu and asking us what to drink. I wondered whether I went to a non Michelin starred restaurant Apart from the slow start everything is fine. Food is creative, delicious and yet with very good presentation. The caviar is tasty which boosted our appetite immediately. The portion is just right for us. We are full but not uncomfortable by the end of five course. Overall it is a good experience, if I forget the slow start, it is probably an average Michelin one star experience

9.5/10An excellent restaurant in the heart of Colmar. The food was beyond excellent and the price for value was top notch. The atmosphere was very good and it felt like a small Michelin star restaurant which is a good thing. The service was excellent and would definitely eat there again!
