A nightmare. I booked through TheFork, where a specific menu was clearly shown. When we arrived, we were given a completely different menu — none of the listed dishes were available, and almost everything contained mushrooms. They do not ask for allergies, and they said they couldn’t remove a single ingredient, so we ordered the only two dishes left. Then it became unbelievable. The owner told us we were “required” to order two dishes per person. When we asked where this rule was written, she said she decides when and to whom it applies because “it’s her place”. When we calmly questioned it, she shushed us, putting her finger to her mouth and laughing at us in front of all her staff. Humiliating and unprofessional. She then invented another rule: if we didn’t order two dishes each, we’d have to pay an extra £15 per person — a fee not written anywhere. Moments later, she kicked us out in front of everyone. Not surprisingly, it was the only empty restaurant in Colmar. Avoid, believe me.

The cuisine was innovative and very good, but the service was cold and indifferent and service is a huge part of dining out for me (especially at a Michelin star restaurant). I've dined at many Michelin star restaurants over the years, but this experience left me feeling like an anonymous guest. It may have been a language issue, but we both speak some French and we are very patient, polite and friendly people. It's too bad because I was really looking forward to this experience.

Our first time in Colmar and we chose to have lunch here after reading all the reviews. This place did not disappoint . We had the 3 course lunch menu and what an awesome meal it was!! From start to finish the dining experience was truly incredible. The combination of flavors were really creative and delicious. Would highly recommend this place for sure.

A truly wonderful experience! As first-timers at a Michelin-star restaurant, we could never have imagined that food could taste so incredible. Every dish was an explosion of diverse flavors and textures, turning every bite into a dream. This experience was something completely new, leaving me questioning the meaning of life and whether I had ever truly understood what real food is. Therefore, I really recommend everyone to visit this place!

Was one exceptional gourmet evening ! The food was not a simple food. Was a nice story about food. All was supreme quality, the service was realy good, the evening was memorabile. And that is very difficult in one small city where everybody look for alsacian food. I recomand this place and if you have the posibility to choice it, just do it !

The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious, great wine selection (the Sommelier was very knowledgeable and friendly) overall the service was amazing. One of the best restaurants in Colmar.

Each plate was a piece of art, creative use of common ingredients. But wine service was awkward, topping off full glasses and leaving others at the table with empty glasses.
