The food was superb. We loved watching the staff do their beautiful work. Everyone was very kind and solicitous. The room is beautiful. It was memorable in all the best ways.

Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Service and explanation of dishes was amazing. The food was 10/10 the most amazing night. Topped off with the lovely message apple pie and birthday chocolate for my girlfriend.

I had ordered the dover sole for the main dish and when I got the order, the fish was full of bones and when I complained to the waiter, he told me he’s gonna go talk to the Chef and get back to me and you never did. I asked for the check, the check came and guess what they have charged me for a dish. I literally only had one bite of and he concurred that the chef does know about the bone issue and apologizes so I had to basically pay 80 swiss francs for a fish dish full of bones and unconsumed. what a shit show

Unique set up, every dish was scrumptious. Intern sommelier from outskirts of Hanoi made it very special. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch menu—an excellent choice that truly impressed. The food was delicious and well-prepared. However, I found the pricing on the drinks to be rather steep, with the markup considerably higher than the industry norm. In hindsight, I should have inquired more about the suggested wine pairing, especially since we ordered by the glass. While the meal was fantastic, the drink prices left a bit to be desired.

The food was top notch, excellent, quite classic and conservative in its flavor choices. Regarding service, for me the perfect service is seamless and unnoticeable. This was not that. The service was over-attentive in the begging but lagging towards the end as the restaurant got busy. Finally, my armagnac was served in a glass that was two sizes too large for its olfactory profile. They have Guerlain soap in the bathroom though, that was a nice surprise. All in all, an almost perfect experience with a few minor blemishes.

Bad food compared to other 2 Michelin Star restaurants, not even worthy of being int he Michelin Guide in the first place. We were seated at a high table like in a sports bar and the staff was all over the place, very few for a Michelin Starred restaurant. Overall bad experience.

The food was exceptional, truly a memorable experience. However, the service could use some fine-tuning compared to other Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve visited. It started well, but toward the end of the meal, the waitstaff became harder to locate—we had to flag someone down for water and the bill. Overall, though, we’d return, as the food alone was worth it.

Excellent food and very good service. Only disappointment is not getting a sweet bit with our espresso. When you pay 9.- for an espresso, you would think it’s a given. I get it in a pizzeria when my espresso is 3.-.

Service wasn‘t better than in a normal restaurant. Food was not special. Was definetly lacking a surprise moment or dish. All seemed pretty standard expect from the prices which feel like a rip off by the service and food provided.

This was a stellar dinner made all the more special by the wonderful staff. The open kitchen concept allows you to see the team of chefs working in harmony through the courses and that alone is a joy to watch. The food demonstrates an incredible understanding of both flavor and textures, often giving you the same ingredient multiple ways in the same dish so you can combine and discover new experiences throughout the plate. Above all, the young and extremely friendly wait staff make the experience. They are knowledgeable and bring a lighthearted approach to presenting you these marvelous dishes. I noticed everyone around me laughing with their server over the course of the evening. Highly recommend the wine pairing as the sommelier has fantastic taste. I was asking for pictures of the labels after every pour
