Beginning to end it was perfect. I would suggest a food and wine pairing. The wine was perfect. Food was timed right, served at proper temps and the atmosphere/ambience is captivating.

Highly recommend place to visit in Geneva! Prices are high, but your deserve to try this masterpieces: great risotto, exceptional Gruyère dish and beetroot with apple sorbet. Interesting and balanced vine list including 0% Chief and his team will do their best to make your visit outstanding!

It was a wonderful experience from the food till the service. The quality of ingridients is spectacular, the taste of food is divine, we ate swiss beef with foie gras and it was perfect, langouste as entrance was delicious (texture and flavor). And the dessert was a dream, I took "La Fraise", the Sakura flower taste with strawberry is fresh, delicate, delicious plus meringue and the mint strawberry sirup were simply a delicious dream. On top of that, the open cuisine concept is perfect for discovering how a perfect syncronized team works to make your culinary experience the best in town. We really enjoyed watching the chef and his team. Thanks for a perfect dinner.

Chef Oliver Jean’s menu was nicely prepared. It started with some nice courses and got stronger as the menu progressed. The food was thoughtful and creative. Service was subpar, especially for a 2 star restaurant. I had the wine pairings with the menu and the food would arrive long before the wine pairing. We were self serve for keeping our water glass full. Nice ambience, but not to the level of the Paris and London locations. For CHF269 for the menu and CHF148 for the wine pairings, it does not deliver. You can have a better experience at several other locations in Geneva.

Everything was great. The only thing we didn't like is the concept of sitting at the counter. There are very few tables in the restaurant and we didn't get a chance to be placed at the table, even though we made a reservation way in advance. Very inconvenient to seat on a high chair at the counter wearing high heals.

The food and menu lack creativity. The extremely high pricing did not make any sense for classic dishes executed just as well at high quality Swiss and French restaurants for half the price. Decor, layout, and vibe are not in sync with menu and pricing. Ie., Seating is at a chef’s bar (sushi diner style), or high top tables such as at a pub. Not the ambience I expected for €60 appetizers and a €155 veal chop. Overall, this resto gets our “Most disappointing” experience of the now 57 Michelin restaurants we have experienced.

Superb cuisine and a wonderful dining experience. Two of us had the vegetarian and two of us had the meat. The cocktails were delicious and tailored to our requests. The wine pairing were interesting and perfectly suited to the dishes they accompanied. We had pleasant conversation (in French and English) with our servers, the mixologist, and the sommelier. Highly recommended.

We ordered a la carte. Food was delicious. Small plates but impeccable. Service was good albeit a tad condescending. Maybe it was the language barrier? Seating is at the bar and not super comfortable. The decor was circa 1980 and not at par with the outstanding food. (Plastic peppers and flowers…). Overall delicious meal.
