6/10Meat is ok jut sauce not as good as in Paris (different). Manager did not want to let us seat outside although everybody else could. Not sure I will go again

7/10Service was good, the waiter was very polite and the atmosphere was also nice in the outdoor area. The quality of meat was not the best, and the steak came almost raw where we had to wait for it to cook rather than receiving the steak medium as ordered and waiting for the sauce to heat up. I was disappointed from entrecôte Madrid compared to the likes of the same franchise in London and Paris. Felt like the quality was completely different, and that the steak should have been better quality and the sauce should have been more than what was provided.

6/10The service was terrible, however , the food was good. Only one waitress was smiling to us, the others had very ugly and unfriendly faces. Furthermore, the guy who brought the food was very arrogant and sputtering to the food in the process of presentation. In addition, the space around the table was very limited and with no extra facilities to put overcoats together with the bags.
