As this was a training school, and we have been involved in hospitality, we are genuinely disappointed in the degree of service and quality of food. The food was particularly bad.

Food was wonderful and excellently presented, we were very grateful for the English translation of the menu and the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. We are very happy to recommend L’Hermita, we all had a very enjoyable meal, thanks to the staff!

First of all I love the idea of a culinary training academy with restaurant, we need more of these across the World. As a foody and someone who cooks this was a wonderful experience and something I will shout about. Our waiter Thomas was attentive and efficient but at times needed to just relax. Give us some time to enjoy the experience. But nothing bad. I feel he has great potential to go a long way in his chosen career path. We will eat here again and I will 100% recommend anyone to come here. Lovely food, lovely view good service and lovely to know these guys have their whole future ahead of them. Thankyou! Great evening with creative food delivered very professionally. Wait staff were attentive without imposing on guest conversation. Been there many times and always enjoyed the night.

Been there many times and the service by the school staff was attentive but sometimes absent. For instance opening the wine but not serving it at the beginning.
