Fabulous food. Beautifully balanced dishes & wonderful flavour combinations that aren’t commonly offered. Great wine pairings curated by a knowledgeable & charming sommelier & attentive service. Would highly recommend.

The food was ok. Very expsensive for what it is. Some dishes of the 7 course menu were nice, others were bland, nothing was especially memorable. The service started well with a nice welcome but then deteriorated. Grumpy waitress serving food and felt like they were rushing us to leave, cleaning and spraying all the tables around us despite there being other tables occupied. The place itself was nice with a good ambience though. Wouldn’t go back or recommend at that price.

Excellent wines, scallops and cheese. A bit of a long waiting time between main and second dish (+40’). Good service.

The chef and his team created an amazing experience, providing with many small surprise dishes over and above the listed set menu. The food was incredible, and so were the wine pairings.

The food was truly incredible, a feast for your eyes and tastebuds. All the extra amuse Bouche were an added treat……….the food dint stop coming, but you didnt feel toooo full at the end of the meal. The service was amazing, impeccable. A lovely experience all around. Would highly reccomend!

+10The meal was 13 courses (regular 7 plus amuse bouche!) The service was prompt but not rushed. We were there just over 2 hours. Food was incredible! Would def return. Wine list was extensive. Really enjoyable night.

It was for my girlfriends birthday and she absolutely loved it! The wine pairings were amazing and the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

We consider this a fine dining experience in Lyon. The wait staff was wonderful and they kept bringing surprises that added so much to our evening. What an enjoyable time we had at L’Establi!!

The food quality was average! There was nothing special about the food. Although the service was very good and we enjoyed the the wine —thanks to our excellent sommelier, the overall experience was average in terms of pricing and the quality of the food.

+5A truly culinary delight. The pre-entrees (4x amuse bouche) were delicious. The choice for entrees, mains & dessert were limited. However what we had was memorable. We both felt well-sated at the end of our meal; & that was without a cheese platter! The choice of wines were extensive & the sommelier knew his wines. The service was prompt & helpful. Overall, a very pleasant & fantastic night of dining.
