We consider this a fine dining experience in Lyon. The wait staff was wonderful and they kept bringing surprises that added so much to our evening. What an enjoyable time we had at L’Establi!!

The food quality was average! There was nothing special about the food. Although the service was very good and we enjoyed the the wine —thanks to our excellent sommelier, the overall experience was average in terms of pricing and the quality of the food.

A truly culinary delight. The pre-entrees (4x amuse bouche) were delicious. The choice for entrees, mains & dessert were limited. However what we had was memorable. We both felt well-sated at the end of our meal; & that was without a cheese platter! The choice of wines were extensive & the sommelier knew his wines. The service was prompt & helpful. Overall, a very pleasant & fantastic night of dining.
