+4Set across a quiet square, L’Evadé immediately catches the eye with its large windows and understated elegance. Inside, the dining room feels sleek and contemporary: black lacquered tables paired with red chairs, wooden partitions subtly dividing the entrance from the main dining space, and exposed stonework contrasted with soft grey ceiling beams. The low lighting adds to the stylish, intimate atmosphere. There is no cocktail list, but the wine offering is strong and thoughtfully curated, presented conveniently via an iPad. The meal began with an amuse-bouche: a lightly fried brioche served with a broad bean dip. The brioche had a delicate crisp topping and a soft interior, pairing nicely with the fresh, green flavour of the beans. The Carpaccio de Saint-Jacques, vinaigrette orange sanguine, guacamole, aneth was a beautiful plate. Very thin slices of scallop were arranged with small dollops of guacamole, alongside carpaccios of cucumber and blood orange, finished with fresh dill. It w

The food tried very hard to be good but unfortunately expensive foods do not mean good foo. Caviar, foisgrah, Wellington are all nice, but none of it was exquisite. The only redeeming factor is the dessert. Service is slow - ambiance downstairs was not well at all. Very bright lighting. But kind people and I did go on Valentine’s Day for the set menu so of course it was busy.

Wow - such a fantastic restaurant. We booked last minute and we are so glad we did. The food was 10/10 and so was the service. Such a lovely place to go to in Paris. Highly recommend.

The food was divine and service top-notch. Quick but not hastened. The only drawback would be the other guest background noise but there's little the restaurant can do about it.

Very nice dinner in this well presented restaurant that served thoughtful food well cooked. The service was quick and came with good descriptions of the dishes. A more extensive menu would be welcome, but otherwise highly recommended.

Wonderful, friendly service. Food was delicious, portions were a bit too large in my opinion but that is not say I did not enjoy every single bite!

Excellent modern cooking without breaking the bank, all dishes were well constructed and presented. Service and atmosphere also top notch. Lots of good options in the area but this must be one of the best.

10/10 would definitely return and recommend. Service was great and the food was fenomenal. Do yourself a favor and order the sea bass, you won’t regret it.

This is a very nice restaurant with nice decoration and colours. The seats and tables are great. The staff was very friendly and responsive. There is an excellent wine list with great variation. We decided to order the menu degustation and the courses were very nice. The desert was delicate and looked like a big strawberry filled with cream and raspberries. So why not a 10 score?! In the advertisement it was indicated that there was a 30% discount on the food with some exceptions... And guess: the menu was an exception. Since the menu is relatively small I did not expect this. I was also not informed about this when I ordered. So "The Fork and L'Evadé", please be clear about this and remove it from the advertisement or inform the client accordingly.
