We were greet warmly as we entered but unfortunately all went downhill after. The food was quite bad and one member of our party was struck with gastroenteritis the morning after having dinner there
L'Îlot VacheI'm sorry for the inconvenience and I'd like to know what you ate that evening and, more importantly, what made your friend sick. I didn't receive any other feedback that night. I sincerely regret that you weren't satisfied with your meal.

This is our favourite restaurant we have ever been to. Visited ten years ago and five years ago and back tonight. Every time it is just as perfect.

A regular choice on my every (frequent) visit to Paris. Simple and delicious food; excellent meats and fish mains. The eggs meurette is a favorite, and the always glorious mousse chocolate wows as the meal closer. Space is joyful, intimate and comfy; service is kind and attentive. Huge shout out to tonight’s manageress, who handled a full dining room single handedly without missing a beat. A hidden gem for a lovely and memorable meal, consistently. Merci beaucoup lilot vache- you are now a tradition.

I come to the area once a year and always take visitors here because it is so consistently great: the food, the service, the ambience but most important is the vibe is just simply lovely.

we went for my 60th birthday and it was simply a beautiful meal. the room is so quaint...classic French brasserie yet elegant. the food was off the charts GREAT French cooking. Foie grass and bone marrow appetizers, veal chop (best I've ever had!!!) and steak for entrees (steak was not as good as veal, but still quite good, crepe suzette and a fresh meringue for desert. Just sublime! highly recommend

Great room and even better service. Steaks were high quality and delicious. Salad, sauces and sides were just ok. Nice wine list.

I have eaten here many times, and it's always an exceptional experience. The help is friendly, the ambiance excellent and relaxed and the food superb. We are always well treated, and never rushed. It's a place I return to every time I'm in Paris.

We were staying just a couple doors down from L'îlot Vache and chose to have our last dinner in Paris there. What a perfect choice! The service from the two gentlemen was excellent. The food was amazing - we had Onion Soup, salmon and beef bourguignon, all was delicious.

Such a cute spot- lovely little street corner in I’le St. Louis. Excellent friendly service . Food was delicious - hot honey baked chevre on mesclun was fantastic. The chocolate mousse is crazy good - I mean unbelievable (and I normally don’t even like choc mousse;)

Fantastic food! We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful refuge in the midst of the crowds. The food was superb, as well as the wine selections. What great service! I can’t wait to return.

We have been to L'ilot Vache many times over the past 10+ years. This cosy restaurant never disappoints. A delicious meal was served with a smile. Our server went above and beyond...we loved our evening. See you in 2026...Merci ♡

We started coming here in 2002. It is now a favorite of not only mom and dad, but our daughter as well. L’Ilot Vache never disappoints. Food is outstanding, wine list well suited for a variety of tastes, and the restaurant is beautiful.

The restaurant is quaint, well decorated, historic, and very beautiful. Our service and food were both excellent. This is the second time we have visited Paris lately, and we always make sure to stop at L'ilot Vache!

The atmosphere of Ille St Louis, the service and the food were outstanding at this restaurant. Quaint and neighborhood gem. Highly recommended. Get reservations.

In a great position. Near Notre Dane. Also wonderful Ice Cream shop. Delicious salmon and my friend had the Duck Confit. The wine was very good. The restaurant has big windows and is light and airy. . Would definitely go again when In Paris.

This is our favourite restaurant in Paris and have dined here 3 times already. We love the location on the charming Ile Saint-Louis, the superb food (you must try the chocolate mousse), the beautiful decor but mostly the attentive, warm and friendly service. It’s. 10/10 from us, we hope to be back soon

We love this place and return whenever we are in Paris. It’s in a charming part of the city and oozes with old style Gallic charm. The food is always delicious and the menu is extensive. Try the duck dishes and the bone marrow.

Such slow service and on top of keeping us waiting forever, everything was wrong. There was only one girl serving the whole restaurant and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. Made the mistake of bringing friends here from out of town and it did not leave them with a good impression of Parisian service.
