    We had the chef special, I think a good Michelin restaurant presents the food in its natural form as much as possible. The dishes we had involved too much artificial process, I thought they were overkilled. Waitress not friendly, very mechanical, no smiles, and no interaction with customers. Not worth the money.

    We were elegantly welcomed and led to our table with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. Not only the food was sublimely served, the wine accompanied the evening throughout the courses till the dessert. It was a pleasure to spend the evening at L’Oiseau Blanc for a special occasion.

    My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. This restaurant exceeded our expectations, and the service was extraordinary! My wife had a combination of asthma and a cold, and she had a slight cough episode. They were so thoughtful and brought tea immediately, which saved our date. We experienced refined flavors on each plate. Seeing the light changes in the Eiffel Tower was a special moment to remember. We will never forget this date!

    This may have been the most exquisite dining experience of my life. The attention to detail and presentation of each dish went beyond my expectations. Before I even thought about being thristy my drinks were refilled and table cleaned between each course to ensure beautiful setting throughout our dining experience. The dishes consisted of the most flavorful and balanced bites of food I have ever tasted. The courses felt more delicious after each round and they even surprised my husband and I with a beautiful chocolate treat to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. Now we may need to come back every year because I don’t think anything could top it.

    Felt as if they were relying too much on their rooftop view and let service and quality slide a bit. Maybe it was an off night, but staff was not very engaged, observed one too many chat sessions amongst the servers and times where there was virtually nobody in attendance on the floor. Red wine served COLD and lobbying for a tip at the end was faux pas in my opinion.

    This was the perfect location to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The food was spectacular and the service was top notch. The sommelier really helped make the meal even better and was so friendly. We booked a table around sunset and were treated to amazing views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower as the lights came up. Well worth the trip and the price!

    This restaurant is in a beautiful location. Every seat in the house is superb. However, the food left a lot to be desired. We did the tasting. so while each plate cost 325, we still decided to do it as it was our 25 year anniversary. However each dish was fishy tasting … very strong of ginger… and I love ginger! but it was just too much. In fact after the third tasting, I almost was afraid to try the next. Also the wine sommelier was a bit bossy and seemed to get very judgmental when we decided to go with glasses instead of a bottle. We wound up buying 4 glasses, but that was our choice. There was no 1:1 waiter either. There were nice young men and women bringing our dishes to us… but not a 1:1 experience as we prefer when we are in that type of environment. Our bill was 1400+. Again, the view was spectacular, but for that kind of money, I expected a beautiful well thought out dish and better service. The fishy, ginger based, asian fusion theme was over powering and not good.

    The place is beautifully decorated in the airplane theme. The view of the Eiffel tour is stunning. Super creative cocktails, I had the violet drink, loved it! the service impeccable. the food: the taste and presentation are definitely worthy of the Michelin rating. Fabulous sauces and many little extras like amuse-bouche, sides, and little end of meal desserts. We ordered the asparragus and the Turbot. Every bite is description worthy. portions are small and prices are very high, so be prepared, worth the visit.

    The staffs are very welcoming they had this really beautiful intact smiled on their faces which is so nice to see 😀 Im not a drinker so I always choose sweet kind of cocktails but not that expert but this restaurant manage to give me an interesting drinks which is I highly appreciated it since I had to change 3 times since I ordered the bitter cocktails😅. The ambiance is so amazing since I love the airline industry is really good to people like me. Lastly the food is very unique. I already experienced 3 star michellin but this one is almost hit the spot but yeah theyre 2 star so still super awesome. Hands up guys you all did a good job!! Especially thank you for surprising my husband!!🥳❤️

    I’ve done so many fine dining experiences to include multiple 2 and 3 Michelin starred establishments. This was hands down the second most disappointing fine dining experience I’ve had. How they can justify a €325 price tag for the insanely underwhelming 6 course meal is wild. I think going here for the 3 course €95 menu would have been sufficient and I truly doubt anyone would feel they missed out. Perhaps because you can see the Eiffel Tower they feel they can justify the price? Not sure. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far superior places at this price point and cheaper.

    I was extremely disappointed! What happened in this 2 stars Michelin Restaurant, should never happen in such a place. First of all, the taste of everything we had, had nothing to do with a 2* Michelin…second of all, my sea bass came raw 😊…I mean…raw? In a 2* ? How is that even possible? More than that, the waiter, came after more than 10 minutes at my table, after seeing that my dish was not eaten :). After explaining the problem, she took it and put it aside…I mean, you have an issue with the cooking timing and you don’t send it immediately to the chef??? Why? In my opinion is incredibly important for him, to know this. It’s an issue that can lead you to loose your recognition. After her, came a boy, to ask about the plate. Not even him, didn’t took the dish to the chef :) They were sorry, that’s what they told me, but honestly, they didn’t care at all. If they did, the plate was in the kitchen, the chef and the maitre d, were coming to my table and their concern would have been obvious. I have paid the entire check, like nothing bad happened there, even the 2 coffees that have literally burn mine and my husbands mouth :)) I am not exaggerating, unfortunately… when you have an issue like that, you expect that at least the coffee to be offered, or the entire dinner :)) but…hospitality is not a word that could describe the management of this restaurant. I am so so dissapointed :(( that I want to write at the Michelin guide also. Thank you
