6/10I’ve done so many fine dining experiences to include multiple 2 and 3 Michelin starred establishments. This was hands down the second most disappointing fine dining experience I’ve had. How they can justify a €325 price tag for the insanely underwhelming 6 course meal is wild. I think going here for the 3 course €95 menu would have been sufficient and I truly doubt anyone would feel they missed out. Perhaps because you can see the Eiffel Tower they feel they can justify the price? Not sure. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far superior places at this price point and cheaper.

3.5/10I was extremely disappointed! What happened in this 2 stars Michelin Restaurant, should never happen in such a place. First of all, the taste of everything we had, had nothing to do with a 2* Michelin…second of all, my sea bass came raw 😊…I mean…raw? In a 2* ? How is that even possible? More than that, the waiter, came after more than 10 minutes at my table, after seeing that my dish was not eaten :). After explaining the problem, she took it and put it aside…I mean, you have an issue with the cooking timing and you don’t send it immediately to the chef??? Why? In my opinion is incredibly important for him, to know this. It’s an issue that can lead you to loose your recognition. After her, came a boy, to ask about the plate. Not even him, didn’t took the dish to the chef :) They were sorry, that’s what they told me, but honestly, they didn’t care at all. If they did, the plate was in the kitchen, the chef and the maitre d, were coming to my table and their concern would have been obvious. I have paid the entire check, like nothing bad happened there, even the 2 coffees that have literally burn mine and my husbands mouth :)) I am not exaggerating, unfortunately… when you have an issue like that, you expect that at least the coffee to be offered, or the entire dinner :)) but…hospitality is not a word that could describe the management of this restaurant. I am so so dissapointed :(( that I want to write at the Michelin guide also. Thank you

Dear Madam, Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts following your visit. We regret to hear that certain aspects of your visit did not fully meet the elevated standards we aim to provide, and in particular, to hear that the nacreous cooking technique preparation of our sea bass by Chef David Bizet's, did not align with your expectations. However, we are deeply sorry that the fact that offering you the dish as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction wasn't enough to meet your expectations. In the spirit of service and culinary excellence, we invite you to discuss your experience personally with Mr. Benoît Legros, our Restaurant Manager, directly at benoitlegros@peninsula.com. We look forward to the opportunity to regain your trust and demonstrate the true hospitality that L'Oiseau Blanc is recognised for. Respectfully, Vincent Pimont - General Manager The Peninsula Paris

5.5/10I frequently dine at high-end restaurants and have dined here before for dinner, however the 7 course brunch at 245 euros per person is not only over priced, but the food was awful. The main meat course was pigeon and every course was teeny and had no flavor. We had two bottles of water without realizing they were 24 euros a piece—have a drink at the bar and then go eat somewhere else!

10/10My father and I went to lunch, each getting the 3 course meal. The oysters were fantastic and fresh, the sea bream was excellent, and the desserts were outstanding. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help us choose our wines. Dining room and rooftop has views of Notre Dame de Paris, Tour Eiffel, Sacré-Cœur, and many other landmarks. We hope to join Tristan for lunch again someday. Chef Bizet, you and your team deserve the second star, bonne chance, sir. And my regards to the Executive Sous, as he wrote a special goodbye on a menu for us. :)

5.5/10Aaron three things that are important when you go to an important restaurant. They are ambience, service, and of course the food. This one star Michelin restaurant had wonderful ambiance on the rooftop of the Mandarin Hotel. The service was indifferent, inconsistent, and inconsiderate. The good though good was not upto the per of other one star restaurants. At almost 500 Euros for the degustation menu, for 2, it was ultimately disappointing.
