The restaurant reviews I was guided by when I chose this place are unfortunately not reflected in reality. I got the impression of being in a different place. The only thing that did work out was the nice owner and staff. This makes it all the more difficult for me to write this review because they were genuinely smug and over-sympathetic. However, for a restaurant, this is a bit too little. The surroundings are not inviting. Very poorly signposted car park, garden overgrown and neglected - and not a charming place. Food very average, underdone. Lack of any knowledge of wines. And the menu was written with a pen live in front of us. During my week in this area, it was the poorest restaurant I visited and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

Very friendly service. Quality ingredients tastefully prepared on tipical Tuscan manner. They use their own wine, olive oil and bread. The the number of items on the menu is limited and only in Italian, but the host is very helpful in explaining the dishes. I recommend this restaurant.

Fabulous garden location, relaxed atmosphere, great food. Not a place to be in a hurry, good food takes time, but it’s well worth sitting back and enjoying the experience
