The ambiance was "Brit Bus Tour Dining Stop." I was really surprised that it has four stars. Very understaffed, though the staff did what they could.

A complete debacle. The literal worst service we've ever received in our whole lives (and it's even worst coning from a 4 star hotel restaurant). So, what went wrong? The waiter was very sketchy and slow, he broke a few plates, was cobstantly on his phone and brang the food plates stashed on top of each other (so the food was touching the plate). We had to wait more than one hour for our food and wven had to stand up to get some vread cause tbe server forgot to bring it even after asking. after complaining no form of compensation wad offered, not even the courtesy of an explanation. The food itself was bordeline offensive: the veil and chicken where severely undercooked (we did not send them back because at that point we had waited more then 1.5 hours and wrre indeed famished) and surely overpriced (as everything else). The room was cold and there where drops of rain coming from the ceiling. Considering the price I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Great wait staff, excellent food and drink. Definitely a restaurant to go to while in Aix Provence. Our waiter was so great trying to speak English with us. Great experience.

The last time I was here was 14 years ago. The hotel the restaurant is located in has been renovated and looks really more upmarket and modern, the restaurant itself has also been transformed and there is an open kitchen . I ordered the veal chop and it was excellent . Service was fast and friendly . Recommended.

Very good menu and it was nice sitting outside. The service was good intentioned but lacking. This, for me, killed the atmosphere. I’d try it again but for lunch.
