From the warm greeting to the friendly service- my whole visit was wonderful. The food was delicious. I ordered more than I was able to fully eat and was glad that I did so I could at least try a few bites of antipasto, primo, and dolce. I would highly recommend eating here!

This was our favorite restaurant in Florence and we went to some nice ones. The food was superb and not overpriced. The staff were warm and responsive, but gave us time to savor each course, sip wonderful wine and enjoy our experience. The atmosphere was cozy, but there was ample space between tables, so it felt like you were in your own private bubble. If we lived locally, this would be the spot to return again and again.

Food came out suspiciously quickly and was not very hot on either pasta dish. English translation menu was very odd and was just handed to us, not requested, which made it harder to order. Tiramisu tasted like vanilla pudding layers instead of mascarpone. For the price we were unimpressed. The octopus was a delight though as was the wine list.

Perfect place to try steak Florentine! Great wine list. The restaurant was quite busy, even had a line outside waiting for the doors to open on a Thursday evening but the kitchen did a good job expediting.

I ate at many restaurants while in Florence, three BIB gourmand. This was the best in quality and service. The coccoli (fried dough) appetizer with a smooth cheese spread was served warm and very good. The Pigeon over cabbage (second course) was delicious, tender and one of the best dishes I had in Italy.
