4.5/10Very disappointing experience given the high acclaim the restaurant has received. In particular, my secondi, the beef cheeks, was very disagreeable. Assuming it was presented as intended, the meat is served room temperature with a cold green sauce on top and with surprisingly unripe diced tomatoes. The meat badly needed salt, and the sauce was unpleasant. Scraped the sauce off and tried to add enough salt to make it palatable, but it was a lost cause.

6.5/10The fish risotto that I had was lovely and the fried anchovies starter was good as well. However, my partners fish pasta was not good at all. The fish was dry and overcooked inside the pasta as it was so thick. We told the waitress this and expected her to come back after speaking with the kitchen but she never returned. The waiters were friendly but we got our bottle of wine 45 minutes after we arrived and after the starter had already been served. We had really high hopes but were ultimately very disappointed. It's really nice inside and the dishes look fantastic so it could have just been an off night.

10/10The food and service was very good and when it started raining we were kindly moved to a table inside. Service was very friendly and not too fast. The portions were very generous as well. Thanks to the team for brightening our trip to a wet Florence.

10/10We ordered two appetizers and two first course pastas - definitely get the picci! The food was delicious! The servers are quick and very helpful and made great wine recommendations too.

10/10Great night ! A very nice restaurant with an excellent staff who both knows their dishes as well as when to be available. Excellent food, from antipasto to bistecca a la Florentina (shout out to the risotto al safran which was amazing) Thank you !

10/10Service was amazing, very helpful while selecting wine to compliment the meal. The food was wonderful without fussiness. Steak is tastefully prepared and the caponata is a triumph of flavour. The spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, burrata cream, and basil had both a familiar feel while adding new complexity of flavour.

10/10Wow, what an incredible dinner at this restaurant. We ordered the following and were blown away: Ahi tartare - incredible!! fried dough balls with prosciutto and cheese - WOW! I will think about this dish forever the octopus - insane, i will never forget it the simple red sauce spaghetti was the greatest, so simple, so incredible steak was phenomenal! seriously, every dish was so memorable, I cannot express enough how much you need to visit this restaurant if you are in Florence, recommended by our doorman at our hotel! we will definitely return should we have the opportunity to visit the amazing city of Florence again

10/10We dined there as a honeymoon from Japan. The previous day in Rome, we had only been able to get into tourist restaurants, so we wanted to try more authentic food and found this one. It was a little far from the center of town, but it suited us while also feeling like a hideaway. The main dish was too much for the Japanese and we were happy to split it between the two of us, but the other pasta and risotto dishes were adequate. The wines were also delicious, many of them Italian, light and easy to drink. The delicate taste of the risotto, which is not available in Japan, would not be available anywhere else but here. Next time I go back to Florence, I will eat at this restaurant again. 日本からのハネムーンとして食事させていただきました。前日のローマでは観光客向けのお店しか入れなかったので、もう少し本格的な料理が食べたくてこちらを見つけました。街の中心からは少し離れているが、隠れ家の雰囲気も感じつつ私たちに合っていました。メインの料理は日本人には多くて2人で分けてよかったものの、他のパスタ、リゾットは適量でした。ワインもイタリア産が多くて軽く飲みやすく美味しかったです。日本では食べれないリゾットの繊細な味はココじゃないと食べれないでしょう。次、またフィレンツェへ行っても、もう一度、ココで食べるでしょう。

8/10the restaurant is a little away from all the tourist madness, which to us was great. its a pretty unassuming place but you would be surprised to find it pretty big with tables everywhere ( maybe a bit too many especially on the first floor, literally stuck next to one another) we finally chose to sit outside although it was on a high table with stools but better than being on the first floor. the menu is small & precise, the food was very good & the service was excellent. since we were sharing the meal, they plated the dishes individually for us & made very good suggestions both for food & wine. overall great evening with good food & wine. will definitely go back.

Ha più sale disposte su due piani, diversamente arredate per creare differenti atmosfere. Durante la bella stagione è possibile mangiare seduti ai tavolini esterni, con vista sulla piazza del mercato. MATERIE PRIME - La cucina utilizza soltanto prodotti di alta qualità, freschi e genuini. Il menù propone una grande varietà di piatti, sia a base di pesce, sia di carne. CONSIGLIATI - Da provare il baccalà in crosta, il segato di carciofi, il coniglio in porchetta e i dolci, davvero molto buoni.
