The food was outstanding...if I'd had more time, I would have gone back. The orange and fennel salad had so much flavor, and you totally could taste the sea in the pasta with clams and gamberoni, with pistachios. And the fresh cannolo just perfected the evening. The people are very welcoming. and It's totally a family labor of love. Check out the hand-crafted presepi on the walls. The artist added so many tiny details and even moving parts. She explained a bit how she made them and her son waited on my table.

Short staffed so service was challenging for the waiter. The vongole had no flavour and the potatoes arrived too late & had clearly been rushed. The fish of the day was very good.

The gnocchi with truffle was amazing. Both our mains were well prepared, well seasoned and delicious. Service started off wonderful, but as the restaurant got busier... We ordered dessert and it never arrived. After 20 minutes we got the check and left. The hostess was apologetic about dessert and gave us a complimentary limoncello. The food was amazing and I would go back

The food was really good. Service was friendly really great at the start and then by dessert it was hard to get the attention of anyone to take a dessert order so we ended up skipping which was probably better anyways as we were amply full from the generous portions. Would definitely go again. Back room was a bit noisy, try and sit closer to the front or even one of the cute tables outside.

Only complaint was nearby table on their phone FaceTiming with a friend. Very loud and rude. Should not be allowed. Ambience in the garden was beautiful. Lamb delicious! Linguini with clams perfect. May go again tonight!!!

We shared the Sicilian antipasti which had several delicious items including eggplant parm, roasted peppers with breadcrumbs, olives, baked ricotta and more. The branzino with potatoes was cooked perfectly. The king prawns had an amazing orange flavored sauce. Loved the orange and fennel salad. Ended with lemon gelato. I would go back.

Delicious food, as good as It gets, felt like the very best of Italian home cooking, friendly owner and attentive service, spacious lay-out with lovely aircon, altogether a haven tucked down a side street away from the crowded streets and tourist restaurants. Once we had found it we ate there for four out of the five remaining evenings. One not to miss!

Nice ambiance and friendly staff. A bit of a touristy place though. Things like the “specials”, overcooked pasta, balsamic vinegar in traditional caponata. Reminds me home, in the US;)

The quality of the food is great. The preparation is excellent. However, it is not a place to go alone. I was charged the cover for a table of two individuals despite being alone. No one checked on me on to see if I needed anything once my meal was served. After my plate was picked up, I was not asked if I wanted dessert or coffee. I gave up and ordered my check. My table was not needed, there were several tables available by the time I left. It is a great place for food but I cannot recommend it for someone eating alone.
