5/10It was a very hot and stuffy day and the restaurant placed guests sitting outside. It was not comfortable to enjoy the evening. The staff was friendly and courteous. However, the food was of average quality if this is for fine dining and the hefty price tag.

10/10I highly recommend this restaurant. A great choice for fine dining. Dining was outside, perfect for the summer. Excellent wine selection! Food was fantastic. I enjoyed the Pate and their steak for the main course. Ended with the cheese plate.

5/10Our table was at the covered balcony which was not cozy at all and not as nice as inside. The service was unprofessional and did not correspond with the category of the hotel. The food was of a good quality and delicious but could have been presented in a better way. All in all ok, but there are better placed to go in Lausanne for the same amount of money. I wouldn't visit again.

10/10We’ve had an amazing experience at the brasserie. The staff were very professional, kind and helpful. The food and beverages were beyond our expectations. The ambiance of the hotel is simply gorgeous. Many thanks we will come back!

10/10The brunch experience was one of a kind. Especially enjoyed the seafood options (oysters, salmon, and ceviche), although I could've eaten more seafood. Great ambiance and attentive staff. If I have out of town guests, I'd take them here.

8/10Food was excellent, as always. But the guests at the next table smoke a lot. They continued to smoke. They did not smoke only when they were eating and drinking. The smoke annoyed us a lot. It also damaged the taste of food. We are frequents guest at this restaurant. But since the dinner yesterday was so bad because of the smoke, we do not feel like visiting the restaurant for a while at least during the summer season when we eat in the terrace.

6/10Beautiful restaurant, the food was not up to par and not worth the price. Would recommend it for a small setting, but not to go out for a full dinner

8.5/10The food was great, maybe a little bit overpriced. The waiter did a great job explaining us every single dish, because we didn’t know what to expect, unluckily there was a problem with the organization in general. Worth a visit just for the atmosphere and the desserts.

5.5/10Wines are overpriced. Prime meat was cooked far from perfection (surface roasted, meat dry inside). For 90 chf a piece this is clearly disappointing. Béarnaise not tasty. Overall not worth the price I paid. To be honest though, starters and dessert were very good. Service uneven: very attentive waiter, poor sommelier…

7/10Being there during the Christmas period, one expects Christmassy deco and things but apart from some undecorated Christmas trees I could not see much. At the entrance of the hotel, nobody to welcome you, it actually looked deserted and we had to follow the arrows to get to the restaurant. Once seated, not explained that there is no coat services, nothing said about the need to scan the SocialPass, assumed that we just came for a brunch, thus lacked the service level we had expected. Nothing to fault the quality of the food served though! Maybe it is a reflection of the effects of their Covid measurements? Overall not happy to celebrate a birthday this way!

9/10Lovely terrace in this superb 5 star hotel in Lausanne. Went with my 12 year old twins to treat them to a good meal. The service, the layout and the overall experience was great. We tried the proposed lunch menu. Starter was a caprese which was excellent--lovely selection of tomatoes and buffala! The main dish was ok. An attempt to make something out of poultry which was nothing exciting finally. Great desert with pineapple and mango set in a very pretty manner with a lovely coconut sorbet. Overall was a fantastic lunch and will go back sometime soon!

5.5/10Sadly, disappointing culinary experience to our taste. Fish and chips should be reviewed, very dry and like most dishes, very flat lacking seasoning. Dessert was too sweet, no summer nor seasonal offerings. The only good point was the service. A lot of room for improvement, can only get better. This is a personal review and should not be generalised.

8.5/10We really enjoyed our dinner: good food and nice service. 1 negative point: the service didn't find the right tempo (1 example: we just sat and they asked us if we had chosen --> it was too quick. And then they forgot us and we had to wait a long time before ordering...)
