6/10After a positive experience last year we decided to try the Valentines menu. It went well until the main dish was served but for some reason the service fell short after that: we had to ask twice to get the desserts and the waiting time between courses was too long. Also the waitress shouldn’t have told us what the surprise dessert was if she didn’t know. She became condescending towards the end of the dinner so we just left with a doggy bag. Quite disappointed at this price level!

10/10The meal was truly delightful, but what stood out most was the exceptional customer service. The staff members were incredibly kind and accommodating, particularly regarding the special meal preparations for my three-year-old daughter. They graciously modified the menu to suit her needs, which made our experience truly wonderful.

7.5/10The most important things were good overall: the cuisine and the wines by the glass. Perhaps we simply expected a little too much from a pre-prepared menu (for the Vevey Spring Classics). The ambiance and service, however, were more than just good—they were excellent. Overall, we felt comfortable and welcome. Thank you for the generous solution despite the online reservation not being found.

9/10Food was great and the service attentive. The sommelier is very knowledgeable and gave us good advice. Highly recommend the st honoré for dessert best I have had in a long time!

5/10It was a very hot and stuffy day and the restaurant placed guests sitting outside. It was not comfortable to enjoy the evening. The staff was friendly and courteous. However, the food was of average quality if this is for fine dining and the hefty price tag.

10/10I highly recommend this restaurant. A great choice for fine dining. Dining was outside, perfect for the summer. Excellent wine selection! Food was fantastic. I enjoyed the Pate and their steak for the main course. Ended with the cheese plate.

5/10Our table was at the covered balcony which was not cozy at all and not as nice as inside. The service was unprofessional and did not correspond with the category of the hotel. The food was of a good quality and delicious but could have been presented in a better way. All in all ok, but there are better placed to go in Lausanne for the same amount of money. I wouldn't visit again.

10/10The brunch experience was one of a kind. Especially enjoyed the seafood options (oysters, salmon, and ceviche), although I could've eaten more seafood. Great ambiance and attentive staff. If I have out of town guests, I'd take them here.

8/10Food was excellent, as always. But the guests at the next table smoke a lot. They continued to smoke. They did not smoke only when they were eating and drinking. The smoke annoyed us a lot. It also damaged the taste of food. We are frequents guest at this restaurant. But since the dinner yesterday was so bad because of the smoke, we do not feel like visiting the restaurant for a while at least during the summer season when we eat in the terrace.
