10/10Great restaurant with friendly staff who make a little chat and recommend dishes when asked. We liked that they tell something about the history of the restaurant as well. The food was great. especially the pestosauce was amazing. Highly recommended restaurant.

I was lucky enough to eat in the private "pozzo" (10€ cover charge), it was hot, but atmosphere was really unique. The food was good and following local standards, it is recommended for a private special night!

9.5/10Really tasty and well presented food. Pisto to die for especially with perfectly cooked pasta. Very nice fish. Different and tasty steak tartare. Great location in an ages old building - according to the waiter a restaurante has been there since the 1400s. Tiny kitchen and little kitchen staff - don’t know how they do it. Friendly staff and service. Definitely worth it and great way to end our staff in Genova.

10/10Everything about this restaurant is utter perfection. I want to give them a million stars, but I also want to keep them a secret because they are so delicious. Absolutely come here for an authentic meal. I never had octopus before. I tried it here and it was a heavenly experience. This is very clearly family-run and you can tell they take pride in their place. Well done. We will definitely be coming back here again next time we come to Genova. They were also so accommodating with my terrible Italian. Grazie mille!

9/10We enjoyed the fresh pasta and risotto. The pasta with pesto came out cold, but it was tasty. All the other dishes arrived hot and were really delicious. Our server was excellent.

10/10The food, ambience and service were all outstanding! The tagliarini with prawns and truffles was the best pasta dish I’ve had so far in Italy. The restaurant is beautiful and everything about the evening was great.

10/10Great atmosphere, soft music , great decor. I don’t think the pictures really give it justice. Food was amazing, with local flavours. Disappointed to see the table next to me ordering spaghetti bolognese. Dear fellow customers please look at the menu and choose! I just want to highlight that the waiter was very considerate about my allergies. He double and triple checked which I appreciated. I’ll be back 😊

9/10Very good service, both waitress and maitre de salle were very nice and friendly, the food was abundant and good quality. We have been allowed a discount because we didn't like the dessert. Really appreciated and we are likely to come back

2.5/10From moment we walked in the host was rude. Didn’t believe we had reservation. Restaurant empty I did tell him the name of the hotel that recommended his restaurant I Asked to sit at table where we could view chef working was told emphatically NO. You sit at this table. I ordered Gnocchi with shrimp. Gnocchi was grossly over cooked to point of being soft and gummy. Shrimp was way over cooked also and the sauce it all sat in tasted like sea water Only 3 shrimp in whole dish A young woman came by and could see I had not eaten my dish. She said the chef wanted to know if I liked the dish. I had to say no. She picked up my plate and left. When our server came I politely asked for our check in Italian. He cleared my husbands place and went away. In the meantime only 1 other table became occupied. Table we wanted still empty Now we wait 15 minutes with empty table no more service and no check. The young woman passes I ask politely again for check. Again we wait at least enter 5 minutes Meanwhile the hist is sitting less than 5 feet from us ignoring us the whole time Please don’t waste your time here too nany other restaurants to choose from No one should be treated like this by anyone! I tried but couldn’t eat it. A young woman came by

9/10We had really tasty & delicious food. The restaurant has sousterrain seating so it can host more people than it looks. The waiters were very nice but with limited English. The place would be ideal if it also had an outdoor seating area for good weather days. Overall we would definitely go back for the amazing quality of food.

9/10We had dinner here with our kids and some friends. Very attractive little restaurant with an elegant set up, but not over the top. Professional and friendly service. Very well prepared dishes, well presented and use of quality ingredients. The fritto misto was nice, but perhaps slightly dry and (squid) chewy. But tasty in any case

Dear Tom, I am very happy that you enjoyed our dishes but I disagree with your review. you arrived an hour earlier than your booking, in fact we were still in preparation and you asked to enter an hour earlier because it was cold outside and my colleague called her little woman told her that she could choose the table that you liked it more. you smiling throughout the evening thanked for the availability. so I don't find his review correct. having said that, I'll wait for you next time to improve our service, already appreciated by you at the restaurant, but not at home in front of the computer. goodbye Tom.

8.5/10Splendid octopus antipasti, great gnochetti prawn and great service. I think the spaghettini black truffle (day/week special) could be better though. It was basically pasta drenched in oil with black truffle flakes.

10/10A relatively traditional menu with a creative twist that surprises the palate with intense flavors and fresh ingredients. The good location, cozy atmosphere, and the kind service from Marco and Noemi made it a great evening. Watching the staff doing their magic in the kitchen was fantastic!
