2/10Payment was made to this restaurant in error using TheFork PAY, when I was at a different restuaurant. Tried to contact restaurant multiple times but they have not resolved the issue. Hard to imagine when they refuse to refund seeing I was never at the restaurant, and obviously not a place to reccommend as a result.

10/10Amazing experience in this small and cozy colombian restaurant. There was a mix-up in our reservation, and the restaurant was supposedly full when we arrived, but the waitress quickly prepared a table for us, which I really appreciate. The food quality was excellent, and despite having a full family party next to us, they served us in record speed, and were really friendly to boot. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone close to the area (Hostafrancs)!

2/10We booked this restaurant through the Fork app for 6 pm dinner. We arrived on time and Angela was the only waitress and chef who didn't expect our arrival. She doesn't understand English and only speaks Spanish with us. This is our first visit to Spain and since the restaurant is at the Fork app, we didn't expect zero English. 2nd, as rightly mentioned by another google reviewer that they have 2 different sets of menu with price. Angela showed us a higher price menu and with the 50% discount from the Fork app, the price is more or less the same as their original price. Not sure if this is normal or we are being cheated. How to report on this? 3rd, after a few rounds of hand sign ordering, finally we managed to order food. Well, some food is not available for customers from the Fork app. We discovered that the next table of Spanish speaking customers were having food that was not available for us. Is this fair for us? Even we are willing to pay for normal price, we cannot communicate. 4th, credit card machine isn't working. After the meal, upon payment only we are informed cc payment is not possible. Angela shown us the sign on the payment counter. We saw the visa/master card sign on the window before entering. There was another paper on the door mentioning the cc machine is not working in SPANISH! Who would I know?! I typed in the Google translate that my backpack got stolen at the airport and I have only a little cash. She cannot even read the translated Spanish. I truly respect this lady for being able to cook good Columbian food. If the restaurant owner wants to have more business by listing on the Fork app, at least put a warning or add one more waiter/waitress to help Angela out. The above experiences had ruined our dinner and we left in unpleasant mood. Hope the owner can see my msg and try to improve it if you're expecting to have more international travellers to this restaurant.
