10/10Very pleasant restaurant in hotel. Wonderful service from knowledgeable and very professional maitre d. Extras with no charge included bread, amuse bouche and Moscati D’Asti when we shared a Millefoglie. A really great fillet steak was the highlight of an excellent meal. Very extensive wine list but starting prices from 20 euro. It is in the Bernini Palace Hotel . We were surprised it was not more widely advertised.

9.5/10We made a last minute reservation here without a lot of expectations, but what we discovered was delicious food and attentive, high level service…a fine dining experience worth returning. Excellent!

10/10We were the only people in the restaurant which was good for us because we had private service. Everyone was outside dining in the cool evening. The meal was absolutely fabulous the wine very good. Our service was impeccable we had a wonderful time

5/10Half of the dishes were ok, the other mediocre. Considering the prices, which are on the higher end, the quality was not sufficient. The avocado in the salmon was dark, the pasta overcooked and with watery sauces, dessert was more of a sticky cupcake then panetone, covered with crema pasticcera with very uneven structure, as if done from instant dose and not cooked. The nice ambiance on the picture is the hotel bar. The restaurant is in the back, very bland, no atmosphere, with a row of tables next to the wall in something like corridor, looking at the service tables and fridges and looks like the breakfast space of a medium class hotel and not a restaurant in a five-star historical building.

8/10It wasn’t what I expected, the restaurant was still closed and we ate at the bar in the lobby. It was very quit, and it was a small menu. But the food was nice and the staff very friendly and even took the time to show us around

10/10This was our best meal in Florence! The chef is creative with the traditional Tuscan menu, the salads were excellent, the pastas were delicious and so was the chicken. Loved the tiramisu for dessert!

8.5/10Everything was great except the music that was being played. There was a rap song expressing vulgarity of which I brought to the attention of the employees, but all I was told that it was a change made not long ago. It’s a real shame because it ruined dinner. I know one regrettably heard vulgar language on a regular basis in public but it’s something I shouldn’t have to hear at dinner as entertainment.

10/10Amazed that we were the only ones there, it was excellent! Part of a swish hotel but we were the only people in the restaurant at this time.... our gain. We had our very own lovely waitress for the night and the meal was wonderful. The world is missing out on the quality of food available, beautiful stuffed tomatoes, I had a brilliant steak..... all very reasonably priced.... even the wine was quality. Thank you for the quality of our first meal in Florence... a bench mark for the rest of our trip.

7/10We like the food. Specially the starters were awesome!! But is too dark and sad. There was another couple and us. They should put some lights on the little interior garden to light up the mood, make it more cosy and romantic.

10/10Really nice restaurant hidden in an hotel. Calm and a bit fancy, it is a lovely place to dinner with the love of your life. The service was really good and the waiter was really nice and friendly. The meal was of good quality and we really enjoyed it. The price for starters are ~20€. 18~25€ for the main dish and ~10€ for desert. I strongly recommend the panna cotta :)

9.5/10This place deserves more custom - the meal was excellent and perfectly cooked (beef and tuna main courses) and prepared. The service was friendly and prompt without being over-attentive.
