If you are looking for a romantic space or a great spot for a family birthday party, this is a great choice. Our server was attentive and helpful. The food was great. The chef sent an appetizer treat that made the meal even more special. We would definitely return.

La Chiostrina at the Bernini Palace Hotel offers a charming dining experience. The food was above average overall—we had the ravioli, and the pesto pasta which were both decent, and we also had the fillet and charcuterie plate, both just ok but not remarkable. The bread and olive oil was really good. The real highlight was the wine; the Franciacorta was excellent and definitely stood out. Pricing was very reasonable and because we reserved on line with The Fork App we received 20% off the food. I’d go back for the wine and ambiance, and perhaps to explore more of the menu. Our waiter, Franco was attentive and very professional.

Very pleasant restaurant in hotel. Wonderful service from knowledgeable and very professional maitre d. Extras with no charge included bread, amuse bouche and Moscati D’Asti when we shared a Millefoglie. A really great fillet steak was the highlight of an excellent meal. Very extensive wine list but starting prices from 20 euro. It is in the Bernini Palace Hotel . We were surprised it was not more widely advertised.

We made a last minute reservation here without a lot of expectations, but what we discovered was delicious food and attentive, high level service…a fine dining experience worth returning. Excellent!

We were the only people in the restaurant which was good for us because we had private service. Everyone was outside dining in the cool evening. The meal was absolutely fabulous the wine very good. Our service was impeccable we had a wonderful time

It wasn’t what I expected, the restaurant was still closed and we ate at the bar in the lobby. It was very quit, and it was a small menu. But the food was nice and the staff very friendly and even took the time to show us around

This was our best meal in Florence! The chef is creative with the traditional Tuscan menu, the salads were excellent, the pastas were delicious and so was the chicken. Loved the tiramisu for dessert!

Everything was great except the music that was being played. There was a rap song expressing vulgarity of which I brought to the attention of the employees, but all I was told that it was a change made not long ago. It’s a real shame because it ruined dinner. I know one regrettably heard vulgar language on a regular basis in public but it’s something I shouldn’t have to hear at dinner as entertainment.
