2/10we were there and got pretty bad experience. the waiter informed me that it would take 25 mins for Paella and suggested us to order some appetizers. we ordered a jar of sangria, calamari and pallea. after been waiting for more than one hour, our main dish hasn't arrived. I went to pay what I had before and cancelled the pallea. the waiter was not happy and said " you can't wait Paella for one hour? this is Spain. doesn't matter where I go in town, I have to wait for one hour" I thought he might be right but before I left the place someone insulted me , using F word. I know I made a right decision. After that they cancelled my reservation so I can't review. Thank to fork , helping place the review. I wonder the reason this place never had bad reviews because they cancelled the reservation before the customers have changed to leave them. I also a have prove that the owner insult me. I hope they improve their services and gain trust in the future 🙏

It really doesn't make sense to answer specifically, just a note, regardless of what you say, which is not the reality, we believe that insinuating that the fork application allows you to cancel reservations having had a bad review, is offensive towards us who work and HAVE earned the respect and reviews made by customers and also the seriousness of the platform with which we operate. Having said that, the reservation was canceled over and over again for having made two reservations to the same name on two different platforms, our own and that of the fork.

8.5/10The food is very good. Have been there many times. One thing was a bit disappointing. We had booked fork 20% discount. They said that they had an extra fish dish that day, for 29 euros. When we got the bill this dish was not included in the discount, only the primero. It is not a big deal, but they could have informed about that policy!

we are sorry about this. but it is clear when you book The Fork the discount is for The Fork menu, not for extra dishes. we are sorry and we hope to see you again in our restaurant.

10/10As ever, staff at the restaurant were warm and welcoming, helping to make the evening memorable and special. The food was excellent throughout, as well as house wine and canapes. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant and thanks to the stff for looking after us so well - including reservation of our favourite table.

10/10Such a beautiful place! Food is great and so it’s the atmosphere (pictures online don’t do justice). The staff is super friendly (everyone!) and professional and take the experience to the next level. Been there already twice and highly recommended everyone to visit next time you’re in Sitges.

6.5/10Really nice food, decent wine, but no attention to details. Tatty menu's, no offer of bread, sales driven staff without the service you'd expect from the prices. We would still give it a second go because the food was good, being soaked with water from the air con didn't help.

8/10Please update the booking slots on the Fork. we could choose up to 16.30 so we booked 15.45. On arrival on time we were told the kitchen closed at 16.00 and we had to order immediately. The food was nice, as were the waitresses, but the rest of the staff left and we had to race to finish our meal so they could close. I will book earlier next time.

8/10Even though the restaurant is very nice, my Paella was raw.. The rice was completely raw, it even glued to my teeth. The waiter was nice enough to discount my Paella though. Everything else was great, the appetizers and the desserts

6/10The food was delicious. However, the service was appalling. We sat dow for dinner at 2130hrs. An amuse bouche was placed on 5he table as we took our seats, along with an aperitif menu by one lady. A few minutes later we were given a rather dog-eared menu by another woman, our main server (Irene). We asked for two cocktails, using the names used in the menu. She made us repeat ourselves and then asked where we were from. The drinks appeared and she asked for our choice of dishes. We asked for more time. She wasn’t happy. Five minutes later, she returned. We gave her our orders. The first course appeared a couple of minutes later. The second course followed hard on its heels. We were feeling so rushed that we skipped desert. I had a coffee. Our bill was printed at 1039hrs. We left. One hour and nine minutes for dinner is ridiculous! Service was borderline rude. Icannot think of another restaurant in Spain, and I’ve been visiting Sitges for more than 30 years, where I’ve been treated this way.

Leer eso es casi inverosímil , el problema la rapidez ?? En serio ?? En nuestro restaurante no hacemos turnos ,nadie tiene un tiempo para cenar , si eso ha sido el problema , creo que efectivamente será el único restaurante donde habéis tenido este problema, no hay manera de ser atendido con rapide en ningún altro de Sitges

9.5/10Went there by chance, no reservation. Welcomed with a smile by very friendly staff. Exquisite an very neat dishes, top quality. Excellent service, excellent food, reasonable price. We went back the next day to discover more of this hidden gem.

10/10Every time we visit Sitges , we have to go to La Fábrica - food is always really nice , the ambient and the excellent service specially from the Spanish waitress ( short black hair ) she knows how to deal with customers . We can’t wait to come back in September .

8/10We enjoyed some really good quality meat dishes (entrecot and duck). Also nice that they have some different offerings. The only downside is that a couple of dishes were unavailable and being midweek the restaurant was very quiet.

10/10This was one of the best restaurants I have experienced in. Spain. The staff were friendly and relaxed. The food was superb. The food was served at a leisurely pace - not rushed and not too slow (the goldilocks pace - just right) allowing good conversation without feeling like they wanted us out of there, and without feeling forgotten. The decor was nice. Overall, this was one of our best dining experiences so far this holiday, including Italy, Paris and Spain. Highly recommended.

10/10Fab restaurant. Ambiance,Lovely decor with great background music. The two owners are great guys and run an extremely professional restaurant with great flair and friendliness. The presentation and taste of the dishes was of a very high standard. We totally recommend this restaurant for a truly enjoyable dining experience. You won’t be disappointed.👍

8.5/10It was a nice experience overall, the service was pleasant, the paella with black rice was very good, we did not enjoy the croquetas particularly, and the tiramisu was very good. We went at the opening time so it wasn't very crowded and therefore not too noisy.
