10/10Our server was wonderful and kept switching back and forth between Spanish/French/English. She definitely made our night! We felt super comfortable and the food was amazing. We only get dessert out once in a while but the food was so good we couldn't resist and are glad we didn't!

9/10We dined as a group of three, with one wheelchair user, the restaurant made special arrangements for the chair in a more open part of the room. The food was really authentic, cooked well and full of flavour, we really enjoyed it. The staff were all very attentive, with a special mention for our amazing hostess, Irene. If you are looking for good Catalan food and wine, slightly off the beaten track in Sitges, then La Fabrika would be a very good choice.

Very very good food. Great ambience. Best squid in town too. Can highly recommend this restaurant. Not a turist trap We went twice. I got the duck and my friends got steak. Also got the pasta with seafood on the second time. So tasty!!!

10/10What a fantastic evening! My friends and I had dinner here last night, and we could not have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly outstanding. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience so pleasant. As for the food, every dish was a highlight—the quality and execution were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

7.5/10highs and lows. good paella de carne, very good shrimp croquettes, but tuna salad below par. the place is nicely decorated but the service a bit too familiar (political jokes, no thank you). still worth a try, possibly these stumbles were only bad coincidences.

10/10Amazing restaurant in the center of Sitges , the owner is a very kind man from Verona Italy . Food is very fresh and well prepared , service is attentive and very polite . Very good vines by the glass at a reasonable price! Will repeat today :)

8.5/10The food is very good. Have been there many times. One thing was a bit disappointing. We had booked fork 20% discount. They said that they had an extra fish dish that day, for 29 euros. When we got the bill this dish was not included in the discount, only the primero. It is not a big deal, but they could have informed about that policy!

10/10As ever, staff at the restaurant were warm and welcoming, helping to make the evening memorable and special. The food was excellent throughout, as well as house wine and canapes. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant and thanks to the stff for looking after us so well - including reservation of our favourite table.
