Our server was wonderful and kept switching back and forth between Spanish/French/English. She definitely made our night! We felt super comfortable and the food was amazing. We only get dessert out once in a while but the food was so good we couldn't resist and are glad we didn't!

We dined as a group of three, with one wheelchair user, the restaurant made special arrangements for the chair in a more open part of the room. The food was really authentic, cooked well and full of flavour, we really enjoyed it. The staff were all very attentive, with a special mention for our amazing hostess, Irene. If you are looking for good Catalan food and wine, slightly off the beaten track in Sitges, then La Fabrika would be a very good choice.
