Food fantastic! Service? You can use robot’s instead same passion. Wine list small don’t go local they cann’t sadly enough compete with the fine food

A stunning setting with a broad spectacular view of the valley below was the initial draw. And our meal more than lived up to the surroundings. Each course was equally tasty, original, and pretty on the plate. Fried cauliflower was topped with mussels and a delicious tandoori sauce. Sweetbreads were matched with morels on a green purée rather than the typical cream sauce. Dessert featured fresh strawberries and peas! The house Bandol was excellent as well. This restaurant is not to be missed.

The auberge offers an amazing view in the summer when eating from the terrace. The first courses were an explosion of taste (and Colors). The main course fish and pulpo were very pleasant. The cheese plate was not too exciting (the Brie was not ready eg plaster structure). The staff demonstrated the highest care to us (unusual for the area). The only negative Part was the impossibility to exchange the meat for a fish in the (very) fixed menu. I can’t wait for going back:)

Very tasty and precise cooking. Quintessence of French cuisine. Plates full of tastes made of local products from either the garden or a producer nearby. Wine matching is a « sans faute ». Waitress and waiter were very friendly and precise. Nice atmosphere. Dinner was on Christmas week therefore inside at dark. Looking forward to discovering the domaine during the day to enjoy the view. Strongly recommended.
