Intimate atmosphere in a magical 12th century village. Specialty cuisine with truffles, a family business with father in the kitchen and son waiting the tables. Reservations recommended as the place is small, but very comfortable. Highly recommended, and don’t forget walking around Carros Village.

6.5/10It has been a great pleasure to visit the place for the last 5 years. This time was quite different. The chef Claude was not there, his son did everything he could but the guy in the kitchen was absolutely not up to standards. So sorry to see this lovely place going the wrong way. I sincerely hope for father and son to continue together.

10/10I highly recommend La Forge! It’s the best meal I’ve had in the French Riviera! We ordered the chateaubriand and the risotto and it was perfect. The service was impeccable! You can’t go wrong with this restaurant!

8.5/10The restaurant was fantastic, and the attention was terrific; my only complaint was the main dish I ordered, the "chateaubriand" I was expecting heaven on a plate, and I was a little disappointed; however, the rest of the food made up for it.
