2/10The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, but the moment we walked in, the staff immediately asked if we had booked through The Fork app. As soon as I said yes, their attitude clearly changed and it felt unpleasant. This was the worst steak I had in Florence – overcooked, dry, and tough. The pasta tasted like it was mixed with store-bought sauce, and there was barely any sauce at all. The spinach dip was watery, as if it had just been heated from frozen. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this restaurant was truly disappointing.

We would also like to clarify that you arrived about 40 minutes earlier than your booking time and unfortunately were not able to provide us with the reservation name at first, which may have caused some confusion. 10/10First night in Florence. Was a dream. Had a flustering travel day and this place really helped elevate the outcome of the day. Can’t remember what the pasta my partner got was, but it was the ‘second one’ on the menu and he loved it. I got the zucchini risotto and we shared the wild boar and polenta. Loved it all. We sat quite early so the restaurant was quite empty, but we walked past a couple hours later and it was FULL. Would recommend to anyone.

Great authentic food. efficient service and very nice atmosphere. we tried the artichokes tortino, one of the pasta and the polenta with wild pig. excellent and highly recommended

The pasta and lasagna are very salty and fish is good. We think that staff are having disagreements and they speak loud inside kitchen.
