6/10Despite paying a full coperto charge, the waiter only brought us bread, without olive oil, salt or pepper. The food was only ok, the gnocchi was way too hot while the prawns were lukewarm, which makes me think it might have been microwaved, while the tagliatelle with cinghiale was very dry, I don’t know if the standards are lower when you book a discounted slot. There are better places to try in Florence, in my opinion.

Our staff always provides Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil on request, and we apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you. All our dishes are freshly prepared — we do not use microwaves. Any temperature difference between ingredients depends on cooking times, especially for seafood. As for the wild boar tagliatelle, it’s a traditional Tuscan recipe with a rich, thick sauce, but we appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind. Please note that the quality of our food and service is the same for every guest, regardless of the type of booking or discount applied. 4.5/10Not worth it at all. Even with 50% disscount . The meat was ok, but side orders (potato) and truffle pasta were pool. It depens what you have for expectations, I think you will find bitter food to more reasonable prices.

2/10Rude service from cashier and when we entered they let us wait even seats are available. Multiple reminders if you need a simple request. Not attentive.
