2/10Rude service from cashier and when we entered they let us wait even seats are available. Multiple reminders if you need a simple request. Not attentive.

2/10The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, but the moment we walked in, the staff immediately asked if we had booked through The Fork app. As soon as I said yes, their attitude clearly changed and it felt unpleasant. This was the worst steak I had in Florence – overcooked, dry, and tough. The pasta tasted like it was mixed with store-bought sauce, and there was barely any sauce at all. The spinach dip was watery, as if it had just been heated from frozen. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this restaurant was truly disappointing.

We would also like to clarify that you arrived about 40 minutes earlier than your booking time and unfortunately were not able to provide us with the reservation name at first, which may have caused some confusion.
