I chose this restaurant based on reviews on the Fork and it was a great little find. I was in Florence with my daughter and we were looking for an evening meal on our last evening in the city. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and had a great ambience. The menu offered a good choice of food and drink. I chose the beef in red wine sauce, with a side of roast potatoes which was so delicious. My daughter wanted spaghetti carbonara which wasn’t on the menu, but having asked the waiter they kindly made this for us. The prices were good, but made even better with the discount from booking via the Fork app.

This is another restaurant we stumbled upon on our last visit to Florence and really enjoyed the owners and the food. We made a reservation for lunch and our table was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The atmosphere in this restaurant is very open and welcoming. We even had the same table we had before with a view of the dome of the Duomo. Enea, our server, took excellent care of us. We shared the Pappa al Pomodoro soup. This is a very hearty thick tomato soup. My husband had the Filetto di Manzo al Chianti with Patate al Forno (beef filet in a Chianti sauce with roasted potatoes). Oh my, he was in beef heaven. I decide to try something different and went with the Penne pasta with meat sauce, mushrooms and a dash of fresh cream. It had such a different and delicious taste. We highly recommend this restaurant!

It was a beautiful and amazing place from the moment we entered. The restaurant looks very clean and aesthetically pleasing, the host was very kind and welcoming and since it was a little late for lunch, it was not crowded, the way I prefer it. The food we ordered, Tagliatelle Al Tartufo & Gnocchi Gamberi, along with the wine and dessert were excellent and we couldn’t help but enjoying every spoon. There was nothing even remotely close to wrong in our beautiful and romantic dining experience and I would certainly recommend others to try the food here.

Main waiter was friendly and helpful, but ended up with different servers. They only have a digital menu which is awful as it does not allow easy selection. Go back to a paper menu please. Digital for a dining experience is NOT the future.

Goodmorning and thank you for the comment. Pity you have given us a low rate just because of the digital menù,quite unfair I should say.After the covid it was absolutely necessary the use of it and we opted in keeping it.But my staff is always there if needed to help.Ready to answer at any question…..But never mind ,hoping you enjoyed your dinner at least.

Service was very very slow. Staff were friendly. Beef was tough and chewy but they kindly brought another instead. Wine - an excellent Brunello for only €10 a glass. Food would have been overpriced without The Fork offer. Sorry - can’t recommend; other places we’ve been in Florence this week were much better in every way.
