Luis was a perfect host, we found foot excellent, especially the tortilla with artichockes and the cheesecake dessert but the other starters, the main courses AND the wines which he recommended where a revelation as well! If we ever return to we will most certainly visit this restaurant again where we had such an amazing time!

Everything we had was great. Service was great and we loved how kind and personable our server was. He recommended the artichokes and the wontons which were both delicious. The croquettes were great and we loved the pork cheek and potatoes

🥟 The croquettes here are a must — some of the best we’ve had in Valencia (blue cheese with fig and classic jamón). The salmon teriyaki was juicy and full of flavor, and the “cajun” chicken may not have been cajun, but it was still delicious. Service was super friendly, the place is cozy with A/C (huge in summer!), and the bill was very reasonable — 32€ for two with drinks. Cute restaurant, great food, good vibes. Highly recommend!

La Madriguera is a great neighborhood restaurant for brunch or dinner- we’ve been there for both - and had great food and service both times. The place has a great vibe overall- friendly service, great interior, tasty food, and a place you’d like to dine slow and hang out. 10/10 would recommend!

We went for lunch and found a small but tasty selection- with a rich take on burger and fries. Wish we had ordered the salmon which looked delicious.

Very good quality of the food (we took a tortilla, some croquetas and wine sausages as starters, and burgers). Very good location and kindless of the owner. For sure we will return
