we had a reservation, yet people who did not have a reservation were seated before us in front of our nose and we were left with no table. Then don't do a reservation system?

We are so sorry about what happens with you. However, our reservation system works well. In fact, we reserved for you one table inside but you preferred to be ơn the terrasse. As you saw yourself, our restaurant was completely full that evening. We had to give one table to the people arriving 20’ before you and another table, the last one, to a group making reservation for outside. We know that you were angry and left our restaurant. We hope that you’ll come back. In such a case, please make us know clearly if you would like to be outside and you’ll discover that our restaurant is much better than your angry notes.

The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. We had a last minute reservation because the first one we booked canceled hours before our reservation. Gladly La Maison d’Asie was available and booked us. Thank you staffs. Keep it up!
