Despite having booked in advance, we were seated at the bar and not at a table, which already gave a bad impression. Then we had to wait 40 minutes for our entrance. The dishes were ok but not quite up to the price and Michelin recommendation. We were disappointed.

We would like to clarify that while you were seated at our counter, it was on comfortable sofa seats designed to provide an enjoyable dining experience. We always strive to accommodate our guests' preferences, but given that the restaurant was fully booked, this was the best available seating at the time. Regarding the service time, we understand that waiting for your starters may have been frustrating. As mentioned when ordering, dishes à la carte require more preparation time compared to our daily special menu. Despite this, we are glad that your full dining experience lasted less than one hour, which is within our usual service standards. We regret that the meal did not fully meet your expectations, as we take great pride in offering high-quality dishes that align with our Michelin recommendation. As a gesture, we were pleased to offer you 2 glasses of Laurent Perrier Rose Champagne of a value of 50chf.

Overall, it was a nice experience. However, the food was over-salted. One aspect left a particularly negative impression: a staff member should address their dental hygiene before interacting with customers, as their bad breath is the lasting memory I'll have from this evening.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional—polite, professional, and friendly but never intrusive. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome; they spoke perfect English and answer any questions about the dishes. The food was of the highest quality, with fresh ingredients that truly made each dish stand out. I was particularly impressed with the slow-cooked shoulder of lamb, which was one of the best lamb preparations I have ever tried. It was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. To top off the meal, I highly recommend trying the Basque cake for dessert. Delicious, and the perfect ending to a fantastic dining experience.
