Excellent food, great service and pleasant surroundings. A small restaurant with seasonally appropriate dishes. One of our favorite restaurants.

A fantastic secret of a restaurant in a very central location. It is well hidden so very much off the tourist route. We have returned about 6 times now over the last few years and love it just as much every time. The food, service and atmosphere are excellent.

Everything about this restaurant is special! We have been many times over the years and it never disappoints! The service is fantastic even though they don't really speak English they make it work. The food is delicious and fantastic! They make fabulous wine suggestions! Can't wait to go back!

We went to this restaurant twice during our one week stay in Rome. The fish of the day was outstanding as was the service.

We enjoyed this wonderful restaurant on our last night in Rome, following a month-long vacation. It was a beautiful ending to our trip. The service was exceptional, only surpassed by the fantastic food. We'd highly recommend this for a special culinary experience.

The food was very good, but nothing really very special. The portions were small, and expensive. That said, it was a far more authentic Roman diner than the surrounding tourist focus restaurants.

Food was amazing, staff very friendly. Really enjoyed

Delightful experience. The menu is refreshingly full of fish and vegetable interpretations that are seasonal and perfectly prepared with surprising sauces and accompaniments. A couple of Roman classics also expertly executed… no shortcuts here! We were spoiled with a treat from the chef to start and a little limoncello from the owner to end. So nice to see this tradition has not been forgotten as it was everywhere else we dined. Excellent value overall. Wonderful to see a small restaurant with owners present and offering a unique experience.

Fantastic food. Absolutely loved our server and who we think may be the owner. He poked fun at my boyfriend who is a picky eater but got him to try new things. Loved that! Will recommend to any one visiting.

Excellent food, great service and good prices. It took a bit of finding, but it was well worth the effort.

This restaurant is a hidden gem; the food is authentically Roman, and the menu is quite different to what you find in other restaurants. Everything we had was delicious, and the service was attentive, plus the prices were reasonable - highly recommended!

Chef Francesco is a genius... always seasonal always fresh always inspired... tonight was spectacular gnocchi with a velvety safron asparagus cream sauce... maltagliati with a zesty red snapper and asparagus sauce and later superb polpettine and sausage secondi... contorni: the best cicoria alla Romana and fried then slowly cooked eggplant ... dessert was heavenly fresh strawberries and cream. Not to be missed!

Had a memorable meal at La Pace Del Palatto with a great waiter who sat us in the 'love corner' and encouraged us to try a few specials on the menu that were a little outside our comfort zone. The pea soup was delightful and surprising. Coratella was a new dish for us, and not something I would normally try, but the waiter said it was a house specialty and recommended it highly. It did not disappoint! The bottle of prosecco I ordered was delicious and paired well with the Carbonara and Lamb Gnocchi. The waiter was patient with my poor Italian skills and politely corrected me when I started using Spanish words by mistake. Dessert was Tiramisu in a cloud and it was a perfect end to a satisfying meal!
