Delightful experience. The menu is refreshingly full of fish and vegetable interpretations that are seasonal and perfectly prepared with surprising sauces and accompaniments. A couple of Roman classics also expertly executed… no shortcuts here! We were spoiled with a treat from the chef to start and a little limoncello from the owner to end. So nice to see this tradition has not been forgotten as it was everywhere else we dined. Excellent value overall. Wonderful to see a small restaurant with owners present and offering a unique experience.

Eggplant, carbonara, amatriciana, and tiramisu were all spectacularly good. The service was just so lovely, we felt welcome as though we were truly guests of the house. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

The owner was wonderful, accommodating and treated us like family. The waiter was attentive and service was impeccable. The food was creative however there were several traditional options as well. Definitely a MUST when visiting Rome!
