the restaurant was out of the tourist area, down an interesting street with modern murals. we ate grilled mackerel on top of bits of cheese and pickled pears, pasta with clams and bottarga, grilled sea bass on top of dollops of burrata and dried tomatoes. everything was delicious! the proprietor/waiter was gracious and kind. highly recommended, especially if you want to get away from the tourist traps.

Great seafood dinner of fried calamari, grilled prawns, tuna sashimi with pistachios, sea bass and mackerel. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Fun “deconstructed” cheesecake for dessert topped it off. Excellent service and nice ambiance. Our second time here, and we would go again. Definitely recommend for a nice evening out.

We’ve been meaning to go to this restaurant for awhile & so glad we finally had dinner here. A delicious meal with seafood choices-one of the best meals we’ve had in Bologna. Flan and pasta with raw tuna were our starters, and grilled sea bream for secondi (really good!), followed by a cake with brandy sauce. I highly recommend a dinner here.

Great seafood restaurant and a nice change from the (admittedly excellent) pasta you find everywhere in Bologna. Fish was fresh and perfectly prepared. Service was friendly and attentive. My only little niggle was the selection of only one white wine by the glass (although to be fair, it was a tasty one).

This place was recommended to us by a local and we were not disappointed. In fact we were overwhelmingly enthusiastically delighted! The food is fresh and so carefully and artistically prepared, and the service is perfetto, Even the wine was absolutely delicious.. Though our trip will be a few days only we plan to return to this wonderful place!

All the raw fish dishes were outstanding, so was the desert, the sea bass was overcooked and way too salty. Overall a pleasant experience.
